Love this brand! All ingredients better and exactly the amount that other brands don’t have or use bulking agents!!

Love this brand!! Don’t expect things to happen overnight though! You have to be patient!! Im 42! Ex nhs addict which made me look a lot older than what I I’m ! So started using NMN, TMG (which helps NMN collagen etc get into your system faster) and a year later i look younger than my age! My nails are harder, hair grew with less gray hair and more natural! Skin is loads better and my teeth grew enamel back but I I’m us NMN toothpaste too 7.5 then upto 9.5 look for it on google xx

Making your customers feel scammed is not a good marketing strategy

I decided to order a jar of Bettervits creatine powder, but since I've never used it before I only wanted one jar to try out. I stupidly accepted their offer of a discount, even though the countdown clock saying the offer was only good for a few minutes should have tipped me off that it was a high pressure sales tactic. I accepted the offer and now have an order for two jars. Nowhere on the discount offer page was it stated that there would be any change in the quantity. What's more, if you try to edit your order it only allows you to increase the quantity. There is no option to reduce it or to cancel the order entirely. This company uses unethical sales practices and, unless they do something to correct this I won't be ordering again, even if the product is as good as some reviewers are saying.

My tub of creatine arrived heavily…

My tub of creatine arrived heavily dented and almost broken. Like it was crushed in transit. For the price of the product and delivery I expected better.

Impossible to contact

Received an email this morning thanking me for my order. I had no idea I had signed up to a subscription. I did nit want another order. The email came through at 5.35am saying I had 30 minutes to amend or cancel. I didn't see the message until 6.15am. Have emailed twice. No one has come back to me. There is no phone number to ring. Am still trying to cancel my subscription.

Berberbine?



Berberbine x 2 Health Capsules

I could not remember ordering 2x Berbermine and don't know how to take it as OI take other capsules, can you send an email explaining, how I managed along with other health capsules, I usually take them all about lunch time when I make a smoothie and take all my pills together. Any advise please.

I feel the Web site could be improved

I feel the Web site could be improved, I had to ask for a refund due to the fact I had cancelled my subscription, but the product was sent out anyway, but had to pay for the postage which I thought unfair, I was asked to send a photo of the postage before a full refund was given l, must say when this was done an immediate refund was given.

I have just placed an order with…

I have just placed an order with Bettervits and offered discount. when I selected discount they added the subscription along with one time purchase! Can't get hold of them, no telephone, tried on Facebook messenger and it says message cant be sent. Do they exist?

Cancelling Bettervits subscription

I purchased a product through them believing it was a one off purchased but they entered me into a subscription which I did not want and did not request. I have tried to cancel this subscription and have emailed them three times but they have not responded. I have also contacted them using a form on their website but still have not had a response.

Excellent customer service

I was surprised to read so many negative reviews as I have contacted them twice via email - Chynna. Both the warmth and efficiency of their customer service was exemplary. At times the replies were instant and all very helpful too sorting out my late delivery on one occasion and now help with my subscriptions.

Subscription cancellation

I cancelled my subscription giving 1 weeks notice before the next order placement but they still sent the products out to me. Despite 4 emails stating it was their error that the products were delivered I had to pay recorded delivery postage to send them back which they refused to refund. Don't order from this company they take advantage when you cancel your subscription.

These guys are a total joke

These guys are a total joke. The process is deceiving and somehow you end up 'subscribing' to their product - instead of buying it "one-off". I got notification that my next "subscription" order was placed - I immediately contacted them to halt delivery (on a Sunday morning) but they did not respond - instead it got rushed out the door to me in hours with no response (it is now 4 days later). I won't even get to the Royal Mail debacle that followed.

Don't buy from these guys - find a legitimate firm with a trusted product and some measure of accountability.

Can take time to respond

I ordered supplements on 1st May. (1597252) However no sign of supplements within stated delivery period. After some considerable effort Bettervits responded and gave me options regarding late/no delivery. Bettervits refunded in full and have offered to send when in stock.
Cannot ask for more… be great if they could include an informative response in out of stock scenarios and/or respond in a more timely manner.

AVIID

Absolutely disgusted at their customer support. I entered into a subscription for Omega 3 for my husband and myself. I wanted to cancel the subscription but there is no way of doing it online. I have e mailed them 5 times with no reply. I have now had to contact my bank and but a block on my account. Would not order ANYTHING from this company EVER
