the vet and vet tech seem to really love their patients. my dog is not mobile enough to go to the vet for treatment so it’s wonderful to have someone who can come to the house to give her the injection she requires.

My most recent vet visit was a telemedicine visit. Just like my other experiences with in home vet visits, the vet was knowledgeable, friendly and caring. It was great that I could get a same day appointment and have my little one looked at (Zoom call) for a reasonable fee. The visit left me with piece of mind that my little one is healthy.

Great experience. Both vets were friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived during the window I was given. Earlier than I thought it would be. I was able to get the pills and the drops from them as well. Not having to put my cat in the car and take him to a strange place he doesn’t know is also a huge benefit. 10/10 would recommend

The vet who attended was VERY thorough and informative. She was very professional and friendly. Overall, a very good choice for a vet visit. I don't agree with having to order my pet's medication through Chewy. They have not yet shipped the order and it may still take an additional 3 days or more to get here.

Dr. Barbara and her assistant are very friendly, gentle and helpful. Everything was very professional, and they are very patient. Thank you for a great appointment.

They were very skilled at handling my cat , explaining everything and let me ask questions all went very well.. oh and love the cute pink car with logo . I will definitely call on them again!

Dr Barbara Daniels was a consummate professional and very compassionate with our boy Fuji in his final days. The euthanasia procedure went very smoothly for something that is so horribly difficult. Thank you for making it tolerable for us. We recommend this Dr and service highly!

I scheduled a sick visit appointment with BetterVet for my kitty Dag. Dr. Daniels and her assistant was great with Dag. He was scared of them at first but then calmed down enough to let them weigh him and exam him. Dr. Daniels prescribed medication for his issue and he's doing much better. I would definitely use BetterVet again if needed.

Doctor Daniels and Alicia , her assistant were incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. They spent Quite a bit of time treating our cat Linus who is nineteen years old and had a cold. They also provided quite a bit of knowledge about what to expect moving forward. They were incredibly kind and gentle. I will always use better vet and Doctor Daniels and alicia moving forward.

I also felt that this was an economically sound decision. The price l equated with what you would expect to pay at an onsite veterinarian ... With much more personal service.

Dr. Daniels and the tech that came with her were beyond excellent. They arrived on time and entered my house slowly and quietly to try not to frighten my cat. Dr. Daniels asked me thorough questions about my cat in a quiet voice as my cat got used to new people being in the house. They got down on the floor to give my cat his shots and were so gentle with him even when he was struggling and scared. Dr. Daniels took her time explaining all of her recommendations for my cat and gave me time to ask my own questions and show her his food so she could do a calculation for how much he should be eating. I just went to a vet's office in person 2 weeks ago for my other cat and I felt so rushed and stressed. This was the exact opposite experience. In addition to all of this professionalism, I received a complete report from the visit, and they were both so kind and compassionate throughout the entire visit. I will absolutely use BetterVet again.

Our first Better Vet visit went really well - our cat is very frightened and both the vet and her tech were calm, gentle, and responsive to his anxieties. Our cat isn't able to go to a vet's office, so having a home vet is essential for him.

Communication was easy and we knew just what to expect from the visit, how to prepare, and how to get the bloodwork results afterward. We're so glad to have a reliable, knowledgeable, and compassionate vet team.

I made a home visit appointment with Dr. Yavaraski in the Detroit area for my 2 yr old cat. Filled out the necessary paperwork for a wellness visit. My cat suffers anxiety/redirected aggression so it was in hopes to get medication for her behavior issue as there is another cat in household and they are living separately. To avoid any surprise fees I made 2 phone calls prior with questions about cost. Both times the cost of $99 for visit/$89 for travel fee was confirmed. Get this:

A few hours before my scheduled appointment I get a text that says the Vet wanted to call ahead to get some history and give me an estimate which I found odd? I spent over 30 minutes 2 days before filling out a detailed history/info form they sent by email. After giving her the same info as I previously stated on the form she says the appt is going to be $491!!!!!! $300 over what I was told. When I questioned it she became abrupt and very rude and asked if I wanted to cancel and hung up on me!! I had no explanation or break down of cost so I had no idea where this number came from. I called BetterVet customer service after being hung up on by Dr. Y to confirm I would NOT be charged a cancellation fee being I was being withheld info about cost and would have not made this appointment had they been honest and upfront from the beginning. The fact they call the day of the appt with an estimate raised an immediate red flag. Just another Vet in it for the money and doesn’t really care about animals. They surprise you with this estimate after you’ve gone past the 48hr cancellation window rule so they can charge a $75 cancellation fee. I will not be paying any cancellation fee and will very loudly dispute the charge if they attempt it. If they try, I will call my bank to dispute charges/do a charge back being they weren’t providing clear upfront cost information. What a racket! Stay away! Con game!
