Pete & Paul were extremely kind, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, we had some bumps along the way through no fault of the BP team but they made sure I was updated every step.

been stalking a 2020 BMW m135i for a couple weeks was hesitant to contact however upon enquiring on the vehicle, peter was nothing but exceptional answered all my questions and helped me thoroughly through the buying process. On the day I traveled down to better performance it was an hour and a half train journey I was picked up by peter from the station an from there was made to feel welcomed. couldn't of asked for better treatment by the better performance team they are a amazing bunch of people.

Went to view a Cayman S, travelling from Scarborough to Cardiff. On arrival met Pete who is very knowledgeable, personable and helpful, no pressure sales.Car prepped to highest standard and as described by Pete. It was actually better than I anticipated. Had a test drive, sorted the paperwork then smiled all the way home. Great experience and highly recommend this company, car sales as they should be.

Bought a stunning BMW M240i today and I must say the whole experience was genuinely a delight from start to finish.

I called up to enquire about the car earlier in the week and they were polite, professional and well informed.

Arrived on Saturday and was offered coffee and walked around the car, a test drive later and shortly after I was signing on the dotted line. Couldn’t resist taking up a few more minutes of their time discussing some of the more exotic cars in the garage.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Better Performance for a very professional & enjoyable experience in purchasing a car..
From out 1st look around the Showroom, Ash was our first point of contact.. no pressure, just a coffee and informal chat..Ash answered all our questions and arranged a test drive at a time to suit us which was on a Bank Holiday 2 days later.... Ash was there and had already cleaned the car and it was ready go.. we were given the keys and left to drive the car on our own which was nice.. on our return we met Pete & Ash who were great at what they do, and after another coffee we decided it was the car for us..
From there on, they were so efficient in making everything run smoothly, the communication up to the car being delivered to our home was nothing but exceptional..
We are so pleased that we have found this friendly and super quality dealership on our doorstep selling high end supercars with no pressure sales just smiles & Coffee.. well done Lewis and thank you for putting a great team together.. they really were fantastic from start to finish..

Well really only one word describes this company and it is WOW. I don't think there are enough words to write to say how good this company actually are. We test drove a few but couldn't decide which one we wanted so pete done a coin toss for us lol so we went with the white rs3 and they even held on to it for us till we came back from holiday. Then when we picked it up ash was there to present us with the car and what a car it is . I can't recommend these guys enough they are just spot on and cannot ever imagine buying a car from anyone else. Also can't point out that we even had a phonecall 5 minutes before we were due to arrive asking if we wanted tea or coffee on our arrival now that is customer service. Thank you very much Ash and Pete really do appreciate it

This is my first time buying a car from a Performance car dealership and what an experience .
I was a remote buyer from a different country so had to rely heavily on sales to give me a true picture of the car, condition,records etc.
Firstly the photos from Ash the social media manager were amazing and captured most of the areas I’d be intrested in and in great quality.Would have bought it in those pics if my heart allowed .
Pete was the sales person who communicated with me non stop over a weekend inc Sunday as I wanted to move quickly on the car if we could reach a deal I’d be happy with.

Deal done fast and collection was even better , collected from Train and brought and presented the car immediately followed by a tour of the amazing showroom.I even left with a car full of all the std parts that came off the car after previous owners upgrades .

Can’t recommend enough and only for the fact I can’t see myself ever selling this special car I’d be going back to them……..
