For me and my situation, Better U has turned out to be the right solution, at the right time, delivered in the right way. The support is comprehensive and there are a lot of free/included support things (like group sessions, integration calls, etc.) I have enjoyed every single interaction I've had. Oh and it works (at least for me).

Never received the refund I was supposed to get. Canceled the order the day after and before my scheduled Tella med because of MRI results and never received a refund or a return response once I shared the MRI results.

My initial and only dose of ketamine immediately caused tinnitus. It's been over 6 mos with no relief.  I no longer have ANY peace or quiet EVER!  The loud hissing and ringing I constantly hear interferes with sleep and  greatly increases stress and anxiety.  The increased sensitivity to noise makes running my business an excruciating task. I will have to sell my business and find a new career. I have 8 unused doses of ketamine that I wasted $700 to get. I was never informed of the risk of permanent injury from this product. Attempts to get assistance have been met with actions to avoid accountability. Better U has treated me in an unprofessional and unethical manner. Far from helping me Better U has caused injury and financial loss.

Better U is fantastic. They make the process of receiving treatment incredibly stress-free. Their support team is caring, empathetic and easily accessible.

I was somewhat apprehensive about doing a drug like Ketamine at home, but because of medication intolerance I had no other options. I can say it was the BEST decision of my life. It has eliminated physical symptoms of anxiety that had been with me so long I had no idea they were even there. I am my old self again!

I have been on Ketamine for 3 months now, and I feel that it has done its job to get me to a much brighter look on life. This is the last month I will be taking it. It's not a drug you necessarily have to be on for life. But, as they say, everyone is different.
I was able to cut my antidepressant in half, barely need to take my anxiety drug and completely off two others!
When they say Ketamine "rewires" your brain, its true! When I wake up in the morning now, I am ready to start the day instead of "how am I going to get through this day?"
The staff has a great understanding of what you are going through, more than my personal psychiatrist does to be honest (not saying you should stop your own doctor.) They work hard to make sure you're progressing and will move mountains to help you.
For instance, I had a recent problem with the shipment of an order being late that would have resulted in skipping my next scheduled dosage. I don't know how they did it, but they made sure I got my refill on time! They communicated with me the entire time reassuring me they were doing the best they could do to help me. To me, that meant a lot! That I wasn't talking to a robot but real caring people that cared about me.
In closing, I highly recommend BetterU will do the same for you. I never thought I would get to a place where I am now and owe it all to Ketamine.
Ready to start my journey with a panic free, uplifted major depression and other various disorders that ruled my world always knowing BetterU will be there to help me should I need it.

I have tried better u when I lived in California and then when I moved to Tn they did not offer it. So I went with mindful which was absolutely awful! I will review mindful on their trust pilot. So let me tell you when I found out better u was offered in Tn I ran! I have been treated with the most highest care and trust. The coaches and doctors really listen to me. Take the time out of there day literally any time and any day to answer my question. Specifically Alejandro and Thea have been my consistent point of reference and care. Just hearing me out and listening to whats causing me pain in my life and offering real solutions that actually work has transformed my life from the deepest darkest depression that I or any normal person would never be able to crawl out of withoht Better U! I will say the price is the same as other clinics but higher quality medicine and most professional.

Honestly this therapy has been the only thing to quiet the noise in my head for a good length of time. Helps wonderfully to look over situations without the emotional attachment.

I think you need to be pretty intentional with your therapy, setting, and the time shortly before and for a while after your treatments. Good music makes a world of difference, personally I like upbeat funky house music mixes. Not too fast paced, but soulful, funky, joyous dance music always hits the spot for me. Understand that any habits you try to reinforce with CBT in the time after your therapy and during it will be very sticky, so be careful with dark, negative media or any kind of negative emotion during or after the experience. The staff is great. I have loved every experience I've had with the therapists and other employees / reps. They are all friendly and genuinely seem to care. I did have one refill from Precision that honestly was a little bit bunk, but not totally so, just not really up to snuff potency wise. Newer pharmacy has been exemplary, as were the initial refills. Overall, I cannot recommend Better U enough. I evangelize it to my depressed homies and have watched friends find success as well

I found myself in a pickle after leaving the comfort of 1 on 1 ketamine therapy. I found out about online Ketamine therapy I think from Facebook. Better U was one of the first company's I saw advertised. I compared them with everyone else and found their price per dose to be competitive. Their welcome kit was top of the line and exceeded expectations. The only perk another company was offering was a VR helmet promo, but their per dose wasn't as attractive.
I went with Better U and couldn't be happier. The integration process was warm clear and comfortable. The materials were great. The Spotify Playlists encouraged me to upgrade my dormant Spotify account and now vigorously use it and canceled YouTube Music.The focus lessons are fantastic and journal prompts invaluable. They also followed up with me to check my progress and see if I had any questions. They gave me codes for discounts for refill packages and were kind enough to offer a last discou t when I lost my job and was struggling to pay financially. All in all this is an enlightened company doing healing work . I am thankful to have chosen Better U for my ketamine treatment needs.
