You request. $495 yo take care of getting me into a program of payment to the irs. Then you did nothing !! I have requested a refund for lack of agreed upon services. I reported a claim to better business bureau, and to consumer affairs. Your company needs to be shut down if you can’t do your job. Refund my money and I will stop contacting all the agencies that you are accountable to.

Paid my money back in January and it is June and they did nothing for me. What a scam and waste of money.

Absolutely fraudulent if they can be.
I paid $495 for a deposit, and was told if they were unable to do anything for me the deposit would be returned.
After 1 week, they told me they were unable to do anything with my tax situation, then told me they were unable to return the $495 deposit.

I absolutely advise be wearily skeptical of these guys. Very convincing, acted nice, then basically stole $500 from me for nothing.

I was skeptical. I feared it was gonna be just another slew of inconvenient robocalls. That said, I was more worried about how I was going to navigate interpreting the IRS repayment options. Jacob Burris was the Settlement Officer who got my info. He was effecient with my time and effective at finding a solution I could afford. If you reach out, I suggest asking for him.

He was able to reschedule with me as I was out and about and explained everything in detail answering all questions I had related to my situation.
