didn't get to use the app
I was one of those clients that subscribed but never used the app. However, when reaching back to the staff to see what can be done about this, they were amazing in assisting me with my issue. I am being intentionally vague....bottom line being that they have great client service.

I was looking for inspiration for some new exercises. Out of the blue, I ended up having to pay for online coaching as well. That wasn't clear when I signed up. I think their site is designed in a deceptive way so that you can't see the extra charges you suddenly have to pay."
They refuse to refund my money, even though I haven't even used or downloaded their app yet.
This company is not trustworthy and I would not recommend it to anyone

Great customer service
I was not able to use much of the service due to health reasons, but the customer service team was excellent. They were very responsive and offered me several different options on how to take advantage of my subscription before I cancelled it.

Good costumer service!!
I couldn’t use the app for long due to health reasons, but from what I did try, I really liked it. What stood out the most for me was the excellent customer service, they were helpful, responsive, and made my experience very positive.

I experienced some administrative issues with the app, but the team was kind, professional, and handled everything legally and transparently. Their respectful approach made the situation much easier to deal with. Despite the hiccup, I appreciate their integrity and would still recommend the app.

Well I was sceptical at first
Well I was sceptical at first. But after a few days I really began to like the workouts.
And now after. 14 days I am loving the workout dayli. It easy to do at home and it doesn't take all the time to do. I am already starting to see the effects on my body.. I am even doing fasting that it is in the app. The coaches are really responsive to any coestions too. I have tried many type of workouts but I have never feels so excited to do the workout on my own. I really recommend this app..
