The only gripe I had was the delivery being delayed for 3-4 days. But it’s was worth the wait. The silicone material looks as real as it gets aesthetics wise. Very well done, well made product. Totally worth the investment!

Fast shipping, product arrived with no issues

This is the second time I have used this vendor. Their service and products are immaculate. They answer ever question immediately and their prices are unbeatable. I had several custom requests (S-TPE with no weight reduction) for my doll that I discussed with David at customer service. He was able to mediate with Starpery to relay my requests. There were several issues with the doll's production due to my requests, but David kept me informed and updated throughout the process. Due to the doll's weight, they arranged for a different delivery company (besides FedEx) to make the delivery, which resulted in an incredibly professional delivery. The lack of weight reduction does make my doll a challenge to maneuver, but I was aware of this going in and David communicated that with me early on. This tradeoff was worth it, however, as my non weight-reduced S-TPE doll is the softest doll I have experienced. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the customer experience and my doll. Highly recommend ordering through Betterlovedoll.
