Illegal casino
This review reflects my own experience and opinions regarding Bets.io.
After using Bets.io, I discovered that—to the best of my understanding—they are not licensed to operate in the Netherlands. In my view, this means they should not be offering services to Dutch consumers.
Previously, I raised concerns with the company about this and other issues. As part of resolving my complaint, Bets.io and I reached a private settlement agreement. I interpreted this as an acknowledgment of the seriousness of my concerns.
However, in my experience, the company did not follow through on the commitments made in that agreement. Following this, I initiated a new claim with them, for which I am still awaiting a proper response.
As long as this matter remains unresolved, I feel it is important to share my experience publicly so that others can make informed decisions. I will also continue helping anyone in a similar situation understand how they might file a comparable request or complaint based on their own circumstances.
I hope this review encourages Bets.io to address unresolved issues and improve the way they handle customer disputes.
IMPORTANT: Dont believe the reply fromm them on this review. Have been sending mails for months now and never got a reply.

Got away from gambling by excluding myself but as future trading has also been banned playing around with a fiver is not longer possible.

Bets.io refuses payout after fair €1000 win
I deposited €200 and played normally, without using any bonus or free spins (they don’t even load on my account).
After turning that €200 into over €1000, Bets.io canceled my withdrawal and removed 2.1 SOL from my balance, claiming “fraudulent activity”.
They never provided any proof or specific details just a generic email quoting their “bonus terms”, even though I never used a bonus.
It’s clear they simply don’t want to pay legitimate winnings.
Avoid Bets.io they confiscate player funds when you win.

Would rate -5 stars if I could, got promoted to VIP but it turned out to be VIP without the VIP.
Tried to withdraw $150 of my win and they're making me go through a hellish KYC process and asking for ridiculous stuff despite me providing initial requested docs. Stay tuned for more later :)

Bets.io stole 3500 USDT
Bets.io seemed nice at first. Good welcome bonus, VIP system and everything.
But when i tried withdrawing my balance after winning, they made me go through a rigorous verification process with video interview. Then they locked my account and denied withdrawal even tho verification went well.
Would avoid this casino at all cost as they confiscated over 3500 USDT from me.

As you can see they say i have used multiple accounts. I have never understood this as they never gave any evidence. It's obviously stealing if they just say I broke terms with no evidence to back it up

I use Bets.io mainly for sports, but sometimes I hit the casino because their crypto payments are so fast. What I like most are the odds; they have really low margins even on smaller leagues, which is great value. My main gripes are about the tools: I realy wish they had a proper bet builder, and it's annoying that I can’t edit a bet after placing it. Also, the live streams are mostly just eSports, which is not ideal for football fans like myself. It’s a solid platform, but I feel the sports section needs a few functional tewaks to be perfect

I just hope that if i can stop even 1 more person from losing money to this scam casino ice helped. Made initial first deposit accepted a welcome bonus supposedly %250 bonus and 250 free spins. Free spins no where to be seen. Then tucked away in a hidden areas of t and cs must of been that there is a maximum bet you csn plave whilst using your initial bonus (but also your own deposited funds??). Funnily enough i went on a little streak and hit a tidy balance of over 1k. Sure enough they found a way od making sure i did not manage to withdraw a penny. Try any casino before this one.

Been playing on bets.io for a couple weeks now and honestly no big issues so far. Deposits in crypto go through fast and cashouts land pretty quick too, which is the main thing for me.
