OUT OF 15 PAGES OF MONTHLY WINS OVER 40K THROUGH ALL THE CASINO'S THEY ONLY APPEAR 4 TIMES. SPEAKS VOLUMES !

Great selection of games easy to deposit. Game payouts were pretty good, betting is easy only complaint is not being able to hook up my bank account for withdraws had to choose check option which is 10-14 day wait. Overall good experience

I deposited money with BetRivers, but then I wished for my deposit to be voided. I reached out to customer support multiple times, and even after being told my case would be escalated, it has been weeks with no resolution. There’s no clear timeline or accountability, and every follow-up feels like I’m being ignored.

For a company that handles money, this level of support is unacceptable. I expected a prompt refund, but instead I’m left frustrated and out of pocket. I wouldn’t recommend relying on BetRivers if you value timely customer service and clear communication.

"BetRivers Michigan is utilizing deceptive 'dark pattern' interface designs across multiple games, most notably 'Big Fishin Full House.' They use instructional text like 'PRESS START TO PLAY' to bait users into clicking buttons that are actually hidden $2.00 wagers—taking your money before the game even loads.
Worse than the predatory software is their blatant disregard for Michigan Law. Under Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.641, they are required to respond to patron disputes within 10 days. I have been ignored for over a month. When they finally did respond, they were incredibly dismissive of their own software's 'trap' design. I have escalated this to the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) and provided screenshots of the deception. Avoid this platform until they start following the law and respect their players."

worst casino i have ever played have about 2 grand deposited and not a single cashable win. I have played casumo, leo vegas, betway, bet 365 and all those are way better casinos than bet rivers. rather disapointed i could be taken for a chump.

It's def controlled by the Boards....Stay from away from Online Apps.

Just would like to give recognition to Betrivers VIP host Mr.Dom Scott for his exceptional level of costumer service always takes time to respond and answer any questions to the best of his ability and gets back to me
in a prompt and efficient manner very professional and always polite. Those are the things that make people keep coming back and continue doing business with a company they set the standard when it comes to hospitality

I asked a question to their award winning customer service group …..and two weeks later and at least 7 follow up emails (quoting the case number) I haven’t heard a peep from them

Betrivers is the WORST customer experience I have ever had with a Casino or any online company of any kind. They insist on changing requirements over and over causing you to have to upload many and many sensitive personal documents, including pictures of your debit card(s) with the CVV along with bank statements. I was trying to withdraw $39 and was told I needed to upload a new picture of my driver's license (even though they already have one on file unchanged from 2 years ago) along with a current bank statement (which I provided) and then they still want front and back pics of my credit and debit cards complete with CVVs to store these images. My own bank told me do not do so, because those images can be stored anyplace and accessed by anyone. Bottom line, if you expect payment from these clowns, be willing to upload anything they request! The customer service MANAGER even told me "You do what you want, we will not close the account and send you the money left in your account ($39) until we receive everything we request, and the account will remain open indefinitely, but no wagers will be allowed." So effectively, they are just going to keep the money! They are the absolute worst people and WORST customer service you will ever deal with should a problem arise and I have been with them for over six years. Never had these problems before. Total crap!

I’ve been using BetRivers for months and feel like I’m constantly depositing without ever winning much back. Wins that happen are tiny and seem to disappear quickly once I continue playing. It’s frustrating when the advertised experience doesn’t match reality.

Don’t play here. I put a $100 in to bet on $1 slots. That’s 100 spins, and you know the most I got back was $1.25, and the money lasted maybe 15 minutes. The whole point of playing is to have fun, and why use an app that just steals your money. I understand that it’s gambling and it is what it is, but Jesus at least let your customers feel like they have a shot. I hope they go under.

I'm going to switch up the review game. I am an active loyal player for Betrivers Ballys Online. I am fairly new to the gaming site and so far I'm intrigued from the promotional offers, incentives and bonus codes for opportunity M-F. My reason for this review is actually to acknowledge 4 team members that I have had either an amazing experience with or was reading them assist a player they noticed with question or concern! This team is not afraid to go above and beyond to assist or attempt to! Big shout out to the (CHAT COMMUNITY TEAM)! This team constantly is demonstrating what Betrivers Brand stands for! Shout out to Erika, Ally, Carson and 1 other member that also was amazing! My apologies as I've misplaced your name. Nevertheless when I recover or Remeber, I will create a separate review in addition to this one. Thank You for valuing the players as I am repaying with gratitude with this review!

Your not going to improve so the question is pointless. I guess you'll just keep taking money till a class action law suit finally comes into play. Your service sucks. You don't win ever. It's almost like it's rigged without the proper algorithm

Been on this site for over three years. Gave benefit of the doubt for a while but have now have left and will not go back. First year Loyalty program and bonuses was good but last two years many changes to Loyalty Program and almost impossible to keep a good level of loyalty based on betting amounts. Also Many other changes to site all for the worst.
Not to mention that waiting queues are over 50 per people when contacting support and when you connect with them they never believe you have an issue and give you those basic 101 troubleshooting guidelines. Now for the most important the slots. generally really bad and when one does get a bonus they are incredibly small like 9 times out of 10. Also noticed that somehow many times (especially after withdrawing) many periods of playing with straight downhill losses all the time. This beats the probability of at least winning once in while. I could add a lot more negative experience over those three years but would need to write a book.

This site has the absolute worst customer service and as someone who has experience in the online gaming software industry I can tell you without a doubt in my mind this company is manipulating gaming outcomes by forcing seed value changes in their random number generators. This allows them to stay in compliance by being random enough to pass regulations while limiting large or consistent payouts. You'll notice a pop up after a few big wins stating your time and won/loss amount - that is these scammers literally stealing your money. I've been closely monitoring this behaviour with auditors and will be soon moving forward with legal action as we now have enough evidence to back up these claims. Several others have had the same experience and please pay attention for future class action lawsuits of you've also been wronged. Regulators need to crack down on these scammers. If you've had similar experiences please submit complaints directly to OLG and AGCO if located in Ontario! Get them shut down!

They do what the others say they do. The other review is completely opposite of my experience, because bet rivers doesn’t play games it isn’t supposed to, and they pay FAST. Does their sports book need some fine tuning? I have to say yes, but it’s bright and fine to use and is different in a kind of good way. Bet rivers is a top level online casino and it’s on the rise.

Originally review BR on 8/3/25…..decided to give them another try and same outcome. This place is horrible. They throttle the game play. Wins are very far and few. I’ve lost a ton of money on this site with no entertainment value, customer service sucks, VIP hosts suck, bonuses suck, casino sucks, poker sucks (watch out for the river, it always hits). They don’t care about relationships with players, only about taking your money. I was a black tier VIP player and they would do nothing for me after the losses I incurred. They dropped me from having a VIP host after I complained. DO NOT play here. You’ve been warned!
