I was lied to by an employee about an investment
Li Shijing an employee of Bostom Energy Trading and Marketing (betm.com) has made promises to me on an outside investment business that she does. And is reneging on those promises.
In encouraging me to initially invest she wrote "our platform allows withdrawals at any time and is extremely safe and reliable"
After investing a modest initial amount of $500, I became unhappy with dealing with her. It appears that my account has been frozen in retribution. After much correspondence and politeness in asking for her help in unfreezing my money, all I have received in reply is much resistance.
In exasperation, finally wrote her on Telegram as follows:
“1) Is "allowing withdrawals at any time" true when I have been waiting for weeks to complete my frozen withdrawal???
2) Is your platform truly "extremely safe" when you have had my assets frozen indefinitely??? How would you like it if a group of your assets were frozen indefinitely???
3) You say that your "platform is...reliable" when for weeks your customer support will not reply to my request for support.
Are you dishonest? Did you lie to me?
Is your platform a trap as are other clone exchanges?
I hope that you agree with me that in the investment field it is imperative that one be faithful to their promises. I wrote to Reem Fahey the CEO of BETM who i am told is the aunt of Li Shijing about this and how it harms the reputation of BETM but as yet have not received the courtesy of her reply
