I am absolutely astonished to see this kind of practices from Betinasia.
They remove funds from the balance without notifying the customer and without any reason when asked about it.

1) March 2025: I escalated several reporting issues on the chat.
One of them is that I was missing funds in my balance (the missing amounts keeps increasing day after day).
I did an export excel of all the transactions on my accounts (bets, winnings, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals), adding all the credits / winnings and removing all the debits / losses, it appeared my balance should be higher than what I saw on my account.

2) I was informed that the matter was forwarded to the relevant department and I would be contacted by email for an update.

3) 29.03.2025: Betinasia contacted me asking for some examples to review the issue.

4) 31.03.2025: After additional time and work on my end, I provided example(s).
I said I do not believe it is normal and acceptable that I was the one sending all the details.
I noticed some issues but it was their role to dig / do a reconciliation to confirm and explain what I escalated. I shouldn't be doing this task, comparing rows on my personal time and that I expect their services to have the knowledge, experience and competency to do what I did for them.

5) 31.03.2025: Betinasia said that they forwarded everything to the relevant department again.

6) 01.04.2025: Betinasia contacts me and I am astonished by the irrelevance of their answer and their inability to answer a simple question / problem.
They add a few statements, said everything was in order and asked the bet ID with an issue.

7) 03.04.2025: I replied and indicated that:
- Their 1st statement is absolutely untrue and provide a concrete example.
- Their 2nd statement is absolutely incorrect and provide a concrete example.
- After already doing it several times, I explain again that to my knowledge, the issue is not necessarily related to a specific bet but that my balance was not matching all the debits and all the credits on the account. I explain again that it is their role and their responsibility to dig and investigate further.
I take them by the hand and explain step by step, click by click, what to do...showing them the calculations and providing a screenshot indicating that the balance in the screenshot doesn't match the result of the calculations.

7) 03.04.2025: Betinasia said that they forwarded everything to the relevant department and that they would contact me as soon as they are able to.

8) 10.04.2025 (approximately): Having no feedback, I contact them on the chat and they say again that it was forwarded to the relevant department and they would keep me informed as soon as possible.

9) 25.04.2025 / 26.04.2025: Having no feedback, I contacted them on the chat and they said again that it was forwarded to the relevant department and they would keep me informed as soon as possible.

I spoke to a customer support agent and he asked me to explain the issue...AGAIN!!!!
I told him to refer to all the emails I sent with clear explanations, details, explanations, attached files...etc
Then he said they had already replied to me.
So it appears that person was not even capable of reading an entire email thread as after the email he was referring to, I replied several times.

I initially raised the issue about 1.5 month ago.
Their last email saying that they sent the matter to the relevant department was more than 1 month ago (03.04.2025).
They keep saying on the chat that they have no update and that they will contact me as soon as they have one.

Taking more than a month to review and fix such a simple matter shows a considerable amount of incompetency and inefficiency.
However, I highly doubt that they can be that incompetent and that inefficient as I have never seen an Igaming company taking that long to deal with such a simple matter.
In consequence, it appears that Betinasia doesn't want to take any responsibility and accountability.
They don't want to have the honesty to acknowledge their wrong doing and to fix it.
They prefer to be dishonest, pretend they work on your issue but deliberately and permanently ignore it.

I will now consider additional actions.

EDIT: On the 08.05.2025 after Betinasia reply.

Betinasia answer shows again their absolute incompetency (and stupidity).

They ask which bet is the issue.
However, as indicated in my review, I already told them more than 1 month ago the issue doesn't seem to be related to a specific bet.

Additionally, their answer refers to an email correspondence, an email they sent me on the 06.05.2025 (coincidence right after my review).
I replied to that email correspondence on the same day, on the 06.05.2025, 2 days before Betinasia reply below.
So Betinasia replies to this review mentioning an email I already replied to 2 days ago...

here is the hash of transactions of my deposit and withdrawal to my accounts, the broker claims he has no information from the provider and is dragging out the time in every possible way, although my deposit at the same hour was sent by the provider. i think they are scammers?

Hello .everytime when you winning and withdraw amounts. They starting to suspend account and start investigation .i am tired of this .i think betinasia not want pay money .6849 euro fund still in my balance .

Fast deposit, fast withdraws (Like 2 mins the last times) and help within minutes everytime. I have used them for years and there is never any problems.

I had written negative review earlier, but since my funds have been successfully transferred I think it is only fair that I changed it. I need to point out that I have been able to talk with agents all the time, and while I was frustrated by generic nature of their responses and how much time passed for simple transfer, communication was stable. I dont really know what its like to be an agent and work with some exchange and then not to work with them, I guess its complicated with some customers stuck in between. Well, I have some more open bets and bet enquires with them, we will see about all that, but thanks goes to bia and support for closing this chapter.

I registered half a year ago, so far everything has been fine, but since yesterday I have not been able to log in. They say that they are checking something and the account will be closed until then. They could not give a time for the length of the investigation, I am eagerly awaiting the developments, which I will share. I have been a long-time user of BetInAsia and initially trusted their platform for its transparency and professionalism. However, I am deeply disappointed with their recent decision to confiscate funds from my account without a clear and justifiable explanation.

The issue stems from a transfer of funds from a partner platform, ReelCrypto, where there were alleged verification issues. While I acknowledge there may have been discrepancies during ReelCrypto’s KYC process, it’s important to note that these funds had already been withdrawn into my BetInAsia account and approved on their own KYC process. At the time of transfer, my account was in full compliance with BetInAsia’s requirements.

I strongly believe that BetInAsia’s decision to confiscate these funds is both disproportionate and inconsistent with their Terms and Conditions, which do not explicitly state that partner platform findings can retroactively affect funds already withdrawn and held on BetInAsia. Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding how BetInAsia accessed documents submitted to ReelCrypto raises serious concerns about privacy and data-sharing practices.

I have made every effort to address this matter directly with BetInAsia’s support team. I am willing to cooperate fully to resolve this matter amicably. I look forward to BetInAsia taking the necessary steps to restore trust and provide a resolution.

I have a winning bet that is now 8 days old.
I have emailed at least 20 times and get the same auto response that the relevant department is looking at it.

New Customer wanting to get some information about Sharp Exchange and the commission rates. The customer service representative Cleyr just continually avoided the question and used cut and paste replies. She kept telling me I will find out the information when I sign up. Why would anyone sign up without the information they needed. Bad experience and felt like they were trying to hide something. Why she could not be honest and upfront rather then tell me everything except what I wanted to know. They lost a possible new customer from bad service.

A very suspicious platform.
Three days ago, when I woke up and logged into my Sharp Exchange account, I noticed that almost all my money was gone, specifically 653 euros. I couldn’t understand what had happened, so I checked my bets. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. A bet was placed in my account while I was asleep, one that I didn’t place.

It makes no sense that someone hacked into my account and placed a bet on my behalf because they wouldn’t gain anything from doing so. Therefore, the only logical explanation is that Sharp made a mistake and took my money.

When I contacted them, they told me it wasn’t their mistake and that they are not responsible for incorrect bets, without even analyzing the numerous facts I had presented to them.

Their new exchange, sharpxch does not show account balance in ''account statement menu''. Having an account there is like having a bank account, but you cannot see how much money do you have, where it went, where it came. In addition, their partnership broke with orbitexch, I had positions open at there, which I did not intend to keep open until the end of the season. They did not close these positions on my request and did not transfer that money to my account. If they break their partnership with orbitexch, they should take responsibility and help their customers. In addition, they failed to provide an account statement from their new exchance(sharpxch) with visible account balances between transactions, even when I requested it.
Stay well away from this place.

BetInAsia was using a platform called OrbitX. The platform switched to SharpExchange. They changed all the accounts and provided base passwords to users. They gave me a new base password for my account, and they transferred the funds. A week later, two bets were placed with my money, but I wasn’t the one who placed them. I immediately contacted support to ask what was going on. They told me it was under investigation. Now, it’s been six weeks without any update or progress on the matter. They keep telling me it’s still being processed, and the team hasn’t acted yet. I don’t understand how a betting site can leave someone waiting for six weeks like this. I’ve used most of the betting sites in my region. Betfair closed in my area, which is why I started using their platform since it was the closest alternative. Despite everything, I’m extremely disappointed with how they’re handling my issue. I don’t believe this message will help my case, but I think I understand that I’ve lost 450 euros.

Edit: 2h after replying this review, they sent me an email saying:” Upon a long, thorough, and detailed investigation regarding this situation, the investigation of your Sharp Exchange account has finished, and unfortunately, as we were informed, they were not able to retrieve any funds. "

This is a total scams. Don’t use their service, your money is at risk.
