Tedious verification process, Withdrawal issues & Stake-factoring

Opened an account at BetiBet after I could not find the games which I wanted to bet on at their sister casino/sportsbook N1Bet.

Uploaded anything that they asked for and got my account verified (after a tedious experience of submitting multiple selfies with handwritten notes, etc). Made a very small first crypto (USDT) deposit of $9 and, after 3 days, requested my first withdrawal of $35 (just to test their payout system and see how "fast" they would pay a paltry amount of $35). It took them about 14 HOURS just to pay $35 (in USDT crypto)!

On March 31st, I deposited another $10 (this time from my new crypto wallet address) just to have my new crypto address registered on their database. Played for a few days and, on April 2nd, made my second withdrawal request at BetiBet (this time for $500).

It's been more than 36 hours and they still have not made any "payment" and my withdrawal request is still in "pending" status!

If someone is being delayed like this just to be paid a mere $500, then how can he/she trust BetiBet and make much larger deposits?

This definitely is not the way to gain the trust of a new member!

Right now, I'm having second thoughts about playing in any Dama N.V. owned casinos/sportbooks anymore! (Especially considering the fact that, about a year ago, Dama N.V. (the owner of BetiBet) was thrust into bankruptcy proceedings by the Curaçao courts following lawsuits from German and Austrian players, who sought to reclaim over €800,000 in unpaid winnings (search "Dama N.V."+"Curacao"+"Bankruptcy" on Google and you'll find the relevant news articles)).

[UPDATE: They finally approved my pending withdrawal request of $500 a few minutes ago (09:26 a.m. (GMT+02:00) 05.04.2025) and I received that amount after about 64 hours. Almost 3 days of delay just to pay a mere $500!]

[Update 2: I just noticed that they have massively reduced my betting limits (i.e. "stake-factored" me) because I won about $500! So much for their lie of "place bet up to $1,000,000"!]

# If you are looking for a top-tier bookmaker which does not quickly "stake-factor" its new members and has fast payouts, then don't waste your time at BetiBet and look somewhere else. I emailed their support about the reduction of my max betting limitis, but, instead of offering any help, they denied the FACT that I've been stake-factored right into my face!

# They have completely shadow-banned me now because I withdrew a total of $900. I can't bet even $5 now and keep getting the "maximum bet amount exceeded" message.

They won't allow you to win even $1000. Absolutely not recommended. BetiBet is just another unreliable Curacao casino/sportsbook looking to "maximise" its profit. I contacted their support team for help, but they shadow-banned me instead! :)

# They deliberately put restriction on my account and reduced my max betting limit to 0 after I withdrew a mere $900. As if this dishonest behaviour wasn't bad enough, now they have posted a ridiculous reply (ridden with lame excuses and outright lies) in response to my review.

BetiBet, I am not trying to "tarnish" your reputation. I have simply written about my negative experience at your casino/sportsbook. If you had not behaved like this and your (false) promise of "high cashout" was even slightly true, then I would have given BetiBet a better rating and would've written a positive review instead.
