I believe in customer service being the bedrock of any company worth it's weight. I had an issue with my order which the owners meticulously took time to both investigate and explain. They were very apologetic, refunded me and, as a goodwill gesture, offered to send a replacement item to the person I was buying for free of charge.
Service like this is rare, and when you experience it it's only right that you positively call it out. I have, at times, been as guilty as any for complaining when things aren't right, but I like to think that when things go wrong and someone goes the extra mile, I always give the credit where it's due. Be The Star Posters are worthy of that and much more. I won't hesitate in ordering from them again, because I know that they are trustworthy, honest, and provide a first class service. Thank you guys.

Had a problem with the order originally but the owner contacted me personally to put it right. He went the extra mile to make sure my grandson had his posters the next day and even put in extra ones to compensate the delay. Highly recommend. Great company and customer service.

I ordered an A4 De Bruyne poster for my son's Xmas present, which arrived today. The poster unfortunately is too big for the frame, so when it arrived, the words KEVIN DE BRUYNE at the bottom were half obscured by the frame. I had to take the poster out, cut nearly a centimetre from the top (and cutting the top of the Man City logo off) so that the words at the bottom could be seen in full. Very surprising that a poster should be sent out in this condition! Did nobody check before posting? (The poster and the frame are otherwise great, by the way.)
