No license, no values
Betbolt does not hold a license currently. They claim to have a Costa Rican license, but those do not exist, they're merely a legal entity. This means they can do as they please and boy, do they. They do not respect their own responsible gambling rules, as their support agent Maximus told me I could just make a second account after self-excluding the first one for gambling addiction. They promised me a refund after this responsible gambling error, but that was over a month ago, they're now on a vow of silence. Moreover, they have issues paying out their tournament rewards and VIP transfers don't work as they should.
Do not give these people your money, There are better places. If you're an addict like me: just stop. There are options for you. Try Gamban!
Edit on January 29th: ot's been two weeks to the day I sent them an email. No response. Contacted live support, they're saying I'll het a response soon. Not holding my breath.

On 30 July I deposited 0.2 ltc from lootbox casino to betbolt I waited nothing showed up I went to support where 'maximus' asked for Blockchain ID which I provide it... He said the the amount was below the deposit requirement I said it was UTXO and there is multiple transaction and I said to him to check the outputs there was two txt in one Blockchain ID that's how ltc segwit works the staff keeping saying I deposited 8 cents where as I did 0.19 nowhere near that and it clearly showed the support then asked for my transaction screenshot and then proceed to ignore me after hours he said he will pass it to accounting department bruhhh btw not only I got f*** over 20$ but also couldn't play in multipler race which was ending
And yes I tried complaining coz 20$ is 20$ but they don't have any license so yeah I got scammed GG's
