Beta Relocation Limited Reviews

Written by the company

Beta Relocation Limited is a London-based removals and relocation company registered in England and Wales (company number 17304493) and led by director Waleed Khan. We provide professional house removals, flat and apartment moves, office relocations, student moves, man and van services, packing and unpacking, furniture dismantling and reassembly, and long-distance removals. We cover all 32 London boroughs and move customers to and from locations throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Moving in London can involve challenges such as Victorian terraces, converted flats, properties without lifts, controlled parking zones and busy loading areas. Our team plans each move around access, parking and property requirements before moving day. Our crews use clean Euro 6, ULEZ-compliant vans equipped with transit blankets, straps and protective padding to help keep belongings secure during transport. We provide a complete door-to-door removals service. Items are carried into the property and placed in the room requested rather than left at the kerb. Beds, wardrobes, desks, dining sets and other suitable furniture can be carefully dismantled before transportation and reassembled at the new address. Our drivers and loaders are ID-verified and background-checked. Moves are covered by up to £10,000 Goods in Transit insurance together with Public Liability insurance, helping protect customers from collection through to final delivery. We believe removal pricing should be clear before the move begins. Our services start from £45 per hour with a two-hour minimum, and fixed-price removal quotes are also available, particularly for long-distance moves. The first 10 journey miles are included. External charges such as parking, the London Congestion Charge and tolls are passed on at their actual cost without markup. We do not add separate surcharges for ULEZ, fuel or standard flights of stairs. A £40 booking deposit secures your moving date and is deducted from the final balance. Bookings changed more than 48 hours in advance can be transferred or refunded in line with our booking terms. Same-day removals and man and van services may also be available for smaller moves, subject to location and scheduling. Beta Relocation does not operate its own warehouse. However, we can arrange suitable short-term and long-term storage solutions for customers who are between properties, moving a business in stages or need temporary storage during a relocation. Founded in 2026, Beta Relocation Limited is focused on building a reputation for reliable, transparent and professional removals services. We welcome genuine customer feedback because it helps us improve our service and maintain high standards as we grow.
