This is such a shame because the betting site overall is actually quite good, promotions are good and but recently doing the free promotions and match 3 reels, on 3 separate occasions I've matched 3 reels to give you 4 free spins and it only awards you 2 free spins, the payout table is wrong, the customer service representatives must open more than one conversation I waited 22minutes for a reply just for Thomas to state exactly what my query was about with not even a response, again sent 5 more messages in chat and still got no response in another 15minite period, if you are going to give put free spins atkeast get your payout table correct and give out what you advertise, it's wrong and it's false, you should rectify the problem and again yous still haven't and for the level of service, its just appaling and unacceptable, no wonder you have a low star review on here and trust pilot again if you think this is not genuine even though the evidence is there and can supply it to you if needed, then you need to seriously have a word with yourselves too, as you keep taking my joka bet review down even though its genuine experience, so if I could give a review on. Worst casino ever. Tried to withdraw my winnings. It’s been over two months and still have nothing. They say they sent my money, but I never received. It has my bank. And then they blocked me from being able to use the Casino do not play this casino they only steal your money

So recently I went on a 5 day win streak in sports , they kept lowering the amount I've been able to bet for the last 2 days , I try to make a bet this morning and I've completely been shut out . I contacted support and they told me there's been temporary restrictions placed on my account with no time frame of when they will be lifted. Then the lady says the "casino" has no restrictions... Only reason why this has happened is because I've been constantly profiting, if I were to be losing, the restrictions would of never been placed . I highly recommend you stay away from this website, they only care about there profits and once you start winning they will heavily restrict your account . Scam website. First they allow you to make a deposit. Then they restrict your account. Then they refuse to refund your deposit unless you send them screenshots of bank statements. Avoid at all costs.
