DO not trust betano I have deposited and now they won't let me have my money back after saying I am excluded from the casino! But they accepted my deposit and let me play. I'm really disappointed in this casino as they are suppose to be regulated but won't let me have my deposit back as far as I'm concerned this company cannot be trusted at all, the live chat is rude and unhelpful.

Unable to use free bets after creating a new account.
9 email exchanges (online chat is a bot) so far and still no resolution.

awful, worst bookie by a mile, didnt receive my free bets from the welcome offer, and when you go to the help page there is nowhere to resolve an issue regarding free bets with there chatbot and the 'contact us' via email link doesnt even work

Ana was excellent. I stupidly didn’t read the T&Cs on the welcome offer well enough and cashed out early, which meant my qualifying bet didn’t earn my free bets. I proceed to bet another qualifying bet and it didn’t work. So I started the live chat to see if anyone could help, thankfully I was placed with Ana who didn’t mess around with helping me and simply sorted my query with no hesitation. Really is excellent customer service and will bring me back to play with Betano!
