I had an issue with my VPS being down. Unable to connect and manage my bets. I contacted the Bet angel via email at approx 10pm UK time. I had a reply within 5 mins and was up and running within 10 mins. I have needed to contact the Bet angel support team on other occasions ( not as serious ) and have had similar great experiences. I feel its important to publicly say this, and give kudos to BA team!

The Support Team behind Bet Angel are incredibly helpful and responsive - they provide quick and clear explanations to queries and provide the sort of assistance and guidance that many other companies can only aspire to. Every response seems to come with a smile and not a sigh!

This is the second time I wanted help setting up a system using Betangel and would like to back up my last review with the fact they have been just a efficient

I'm on my 2nd week trial of bet angel professional and have excitedly discovered it's immense capabilities each day.This is a stunning powerful tool and I'm blown away with my initial steps into its vast features.

Daily I have extensively tried and tested the ladders and Inplay features and been rewarded consistently but the real reward for me having been intrigued for years is after watching many of Peters coaching, feature tutorials and advice videos freely available is that, his claims and bet angels offering is real.

This software is backed by 20 years of peters public consistent support, his attitude and desire for its users to succeed.I haven't noticed any change in his or bet angels supportive ethos so my decision to purchase is based on this.

Being honest and in my 40s I'm well aware you can't become a world class pianist or gain a skill overnight but with understanding you control how successful you want to be just listen to the rich advice provided and practice. This is a tool that can deliver and I have barely stepped into the water.

I've registered with the academy and delved into the forums and there is years of skilled contributers that share the same collective of nurturing people willing to learn.

My review may seem glowing but it's because I'm excited I tried it and my attempts worked. I only used very small entries/stakes so I now know with continuous understanding,trialing and practice I can develop further.

I have never tried other trading software.

An amazing piece of trading software. Also comes with access to training content and an active and supportive forum.

Technical support is also excellent.

The only person making money with Bet Angel is Peter Webb. They make out that anybody can make money trading. The truth is, slowly but surely, dollar by dollar, you'll run your entire savings through their software. If you like racing around, picking up pennies in front of steam roller, this is the software for you.

Once they have your money, don't expect help of any kind. In one video he admits he gets 7 or 8 successful trades out 10, so what hope do we have? It's just gambling dressed in a tuxedo. Just use them like they use us, try it free for 14 days and delete it.

It's a shame that it takes a public negative review on Trust Pilot to get a response from you.

I reached out to one of your prominent members for help, and was told that because trading is so lucrative, nobody will offer profitable tips or bots, it's something you will have to learn yourself. (Paraphrased)

Regarding Practice Mode, even you admit, (in videos and in forum posts), that excessive use of Practice Mode could cause Betfair to cancel or limit your Betfair account. So, at some point, you have to use real money in order to learn. (I used $1 trades the whole time and have a dated log for every dollar, I was not doing $100 trades).

Using Golf Clubs as comparative example is ridiculous, as you are not spending $1 per swing while you learn how to use the five iron.

You even have a video on how to turn £100 to £1100 in four weeks, which is garbage. Peter, and other gifted pro traders are the only ones able to pull that off (and only just). That's why I was excited to use Bet Angel, so I could have a profitable side-hustle, and work from anywhere in the world.

One thing I'd like to know is, why do you have bots available for download that don't even work? 30% of the money I lost were through your bots.

I lost even more money through your failed Dutching and Bookmaking features.

I tried everything, and lost all my savings.

You could have done the decent thing and refunded me the seven weeks of unused time on your software I purchased, but it's people like me who are making your company profitable.

It's only a matter of time until you get a lawsuit for making false claims that can never be achieved.

I've been trading using Bet Angel for about 3 months, and am definetly a beginer. I've found the software excellent, with huge scope and potential to support me as I slowly grow my ability and confidence.

I've had one technical issue with Guardian not loading properly, but the support given was prompt, in depth and inteligent, and led me to solve my problem.

Trading takes time and effort to master, and using sophisticated software also takes time and effort, but ultimatly it is worth it. It will take me years in both cases but thats ok.

The video tutorials on You Tube and the Bet Angel website are excellent, and there is a huge level of support on the forum to help you up the ladder.

I'd measure the software as very good value for its capability and potential, especially bearing in mind that you can take a free trial to see if it matches your needs and ability.

Like many people on Betfair I started match betting then value betting, now all my accounts are limited.
So now onto trading.

You will have to put the time into learning this software which is simply superb.
I'm not saying you will make money using this software but it will give you a huge advantage over just using the website.
Its my opinion if you are going to take the time in learning trading software you might as well learn the best software there is for the job and that is in my opinion Bet angel pro.

Flawless software, outstanding customer service, very flexible automation solution, comes with very useful tools for football, tennis and horse racing you won't find anywhere else.

This software is very intelligently thought out by a gambler who can also do programming, maths, calculus and has a lot of common sense added on. Having all these abilities in one person is very rare in my opinion. I was pleasantly surprised to find they have thought of EVERYTHING that a fussy perfectionist like me would need. Even has an API for excel and can be hooked up to GPS horse speed tracking software. Peter's tutorial videos are very carefully presented and after watching about 30 of them I had a good idea of the capabilities of Betangel.

Full time automated professional Betfair Trader

I am a professional Betfair Trader and have used Bet Angel software for over 10 years.

Bet Angel has been significantly developed over those 10 years such that it is now a fantastic tool for an automated trader. I can set up an entire days trading with a few simple key strokes. While I no longer trade manually, Bet Angel has also made many enhancements over the years for manual traders, including the introduction of servants and other tools to assist manual traders.

Bet Angel also runs a forum where many people, including full time professionals participate from time to time. The founder, Peter Webb, is an active member of the forum. A lot of help is provided to new users on the forum and people are generous with their time.

Peter has also made a significant education effort over many years and provides excellent tutorials by YouTube video on the use of the software.

Over the years I had one single issue with the software, the issue was taken up by Peter with his software developers and a solution found. Peter and the Bet Angel team take the time to look after long term customers.

I've tried most of the other Betfair API software out there and I can tell you Bet Angel is so far ahead of the others it's embarrassing. I started off just regular trading which is made really easy with Bet Angel with either the single click or ladder interfaces (I find the ladder easier).

I eventually got involved in automation. Which is ****ing amazing. There is a bit of a learning curve but all you need to do is persevere. There are a lot of features in automation and I'll never use all of them. But I don't trade on all sports. I rarely use the tennis or soccer tool as I don't get involved in these markets but I can see they would be really useful.

The forum is helpful in this regard (not sure how a previous reviewer managed to fall out with the community). And support was pretty quick with my account question.

I now have a VPS and am working on Excel automated trading and my mind is blown. The possibilities are endless in my humble opinion.

Bet Angel is expensive. Other trading ladders cost less than half the price of Bet Angel. In my opinion, the extra features of Bet Angel are not of any use.

A serious issue is the attitude of people on the Bet Angel Forum. I made a YouTube video criticising the teachings of of certain people on trading. No names were mentioned.

On the Bet Angel forum, I was humiliated by numerous people. I had no part in this forum thread and I have never had any part on any forum thread on Bet Angel.

The ring leader appeared to be a person, called "Euler". His address was Bet Angel HQ.

He encouraged his followers to mock my voice. One person said that he felt like ringing the Samaritans and Euler (of Bet Angel HQ), suggested that this was because of my voice. This led loads of his followers to mock my voice. No-one has complained about my voice before in my life.

I'm ethnically Indian. Although the way that I express myself might be different from Euler and co, it is not acceptable to mock the way I speak. In the 2020s, I thought we were past such differences.

Next, Euler found out that I have a PhD from my website. He said, "I'd say the biggest sceptics I meet in this space are the PhD's, because if they can't do it then everybody else is just too stupid to be able to."

By implying to his followers, that I think that they are stupid, I believe that he incited anger and hatred towards me. I never said that I think his followers are stupid . Euler (of Bet Angel HQ) just implied to them them that I did with no evidence. Many people will get angry if they are told by a person who they view as an authority (such as Euler of Bet Angel HQ) that someone else thinks that they are stupid.

Many of Euler's followers followed his lead and made negative comments about me personally, based on my PhD.

I have chosen to use a penname for my work. Euler found out what my real name is and exposed part of my real name on the forum.

His followers used many negative words in relation to me, including "toxic", "idiot" and much more.

This all occurred as a result of a video that I made about trading that Euler apparently disagreed with. I repeat that didn't mention any names in my video.

Peter Webb claims that you can talk to professional traders on the Bet Angel forum. Most of what I saw in this thread was abuse towards a person, who wasn't present to defend himself.

On price, I think you are the one that is doing the pretending. Gruss is £6 with all the features included. Compared to that, the Bet Angel's £6 version is extremely basic.

I also think you are pretending not to know who I am and the forum thread that I mentioned.

If you don't recognise the comments, how do can you make an assessment that it is exaggerated?

I believe you know which thread I am talking about (unless individuals who have an address of Bet Angel HQ routinely insult people's personal characteristics and use their educational achievements to incite anger towards them).

The thread was a response to a video that I made (as I'm sure you know). Euler couldn't argue against the points that I made in the video. So, what do people, who lack debating skills, do? They insult the person. I would have accepted a debate about my video content. However, insulting the person is unacceptable.

I have taken screenshots of the thread and I have videoed the thread. So, if you genuinely can't remember, you will get to see the forum thread again.

I'm not sure where Bet Angel stands legally on the forum issue. It's risky insulting someone personally online in this day and age. I'm also not sure about the legality of encouraging others to get angry with me. Therefore, I will take legal advice on this.

I have provided the email address so you can't claim that you don't know I am. You don't need to verify that I am real and you know it.

In fact, you don't even need to know that I have used Bet Angel. On the issue of the forum thread, I don't need to have been using Bet Angel to have seen the comments against me. Even on price, I can compare prices by looking at websites. Although I have used your software a long time ago, I don't need to have used Bet Angel to do a price comparison.

I want to make it clear that any communication between you and me or Bet Angel and me, must be in public. I don't wish any private emails on the issue.

It was a person with a Bet Angel HQ address that made the comments that resulted in the other users to mock my voice and put me down.

The accused can't judge itself. This review is for the people. Your position is indefensible.

The best customer service I have ever experienced and a fantastic product.

I have used Betangel on and off over the last few years. For the avoidance of doubt it does not claim to be the holy grail to make money. But if your goal is to make money from Betfair then Betangel is the best software on the market bar none. Nothing comes close to the wide range of options available on the site. The automation options are as simple or as complicated as you choose to make them. If you're simply trading price then the ladder is first class. They have lots of videos showing how to do automation and strategies. The one click screen is great for inplay backing or laying. Last but by no means least is the customer services. They respond quickly with considerable detail no matter how simple or complicated the question. If you're serious about sports trading, look no further.

Used the software for years and it's the best on the market. The customer service is fantastic and quick in responding. The software is very good and does as little or as much as you want. The automation is great.

I have enjoyed using the trial version of betangel, and could see myself using it in the future.
The videos and help guides are great and make it simple and effective to use.
When I had a query about its use, I was given a clear answer, a link to the correct part of the help guide and directions to the part of the forum where I could discuss it further.
A great piece of software.

If you want to learn sports trading with Betfair then Bet Angel is certainly the No.1 product by far. The whole concept of sports trading might look daunting but if you take the time to watch the tutorial videos on their academy section, then I'm sure it wont take long to understand.
Betfair trading is NOT easy, and it will take time to master. Patience is vital if you want to be a successful trader.
The guys on the forum are always there to help, and Peter himself is also active on the forum and will try and answer everyone's query's. You'll also find Peter on Twitter where he is very active, again he's there for advice if needed.

Bet Angel is a superb product, whether you are novice, or an experienced trader. The capabilities of the software is endless, ranging from having a simple bet on their one-click screen, through to devising complex automated trading.

One of the best things about Bet Angel though, is that it isn't owned by a salesman. It's owned by Peter Webb, one of the most well-known and respected sports traders. He still actively trades himself and is always on hand to interact with users on the Bet Angel Forum, giving them invaluable advice in the process. I have benefitted from the forum endlessly myself. It's a great community, and there are always very useful posts about using the software, trading advice/ideas and equipment, or just chatting about sport in general

I have been a Bet Angel customer for 13 years and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere
