It used to be a good service to make payments with your credit cards. Unfortunately, many bankgiro/plusgiro accounts are no longer available for making payments. Useless.

We understand your frustration and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We would like to clarify that this change is not something we have introduced ourselves. It is the result of a new policy implemented by American Express, which applies across all of Europe. Under this policy, certain types of recipients can no longer be paid using Amex cards, regardless of the payment service used.
At the same time, payments with American Express are still supported for a wide range of recipients, including rental payments and property services, taxes, insurance, healthcare, education, and other government and public services.
We sincerely apologize for the limitations this may cause and fully understand that it impacts the user experience. For questions regarding specific recipients or the policy itself, we recommend contacting American Express directly, as they are the card issuer and decision-maker in this matter. You are of course always welcome to contact us as well, and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that payments can always be made using Visa or Mastercard as an alternative.
