My account was deleted without explanation

I did the $40 subscription and as I was making a voiceover and refreshed my tab, I was logged out from my account. I tried to login back in - using my saved autofill login information - and an error message only comes up with "Incorrect email or password". So I can't login. I clicked on "Forgot Password?", entered my email and clicked "Send reset code" and then an error message comes up with "User does not exist."

So you Augie deleted my account. I haven't received an email with an explanation. I logged in with a free non-paying another account I had and wrote a message to you using the AI support bot, but I haven't received a reply.

I don't want to continue using this service, and I'm very angry and furious about this treatment (being shut out of your paying account, not knowing if your subscription is still continuing and they will continue to charge you each month - and they are not even replying to your e-mails and potentially not my youtube-comment either or this Trustpilot review) since I'm a long-time customers and have paid for your services many times. What I am worried about is that since you have deleted my account and I can't even login to it since it doesn't exist anymore it seems - that you will still continue to charge for my subscription and I will have to get a new Mastercard and shut down my old one because of this.

/Erik

PS. I just want to write also to potential customers, that Augie is not good enough to use for voiceovers for audiobooks. You can only generate 5 min per tab, which is around 4250 characters, and you can only generate 4 tabs at a time - it won't generate any more simultaneously - AND also it's very slow to generate and there's no download button but you have to use a addon to download the mp3. That's how I've been using it before and although it was tedious, it was at least better. So I wasn't using it for videos, but for TTS AI-mp3s.

There's a free much better option than this, just head over to tiktoktts (google it, it starts with gesserit) and use the US-Male3 option. It's lightning-fast and I don't get irritated listening to this voice for a longer period of time.

"that's how I've been using it before" - meaning that before they changed the site, when it was free and in the beta stage, it was a lot faster and you could download the mp3 directly and you could generate audio with exactly 5000 characters (no 5 min limit) and with a lot of tabs at the same time, no problem. Now you can't, they have set a limit on that, and probably that's why they simply deleted my account since I was generating too much for them, you are not meant to be using the service like that, or it was because of controversial non-"PC" political/religious content. That's not really nice company policy - to just delete somebody's account because of that. Luckily I won't have to deal with using and paying for Augie anymore - in case of the worst scenario, I'll have to get another Mastercard since they might be trying to charge you after they've deleted your account and won't reply to any e-mails or comments.

So I thought that I'd give potential customers that are interested in using Augie for voiceover-mp3s a head-up - they might delete your account because you are not generating videos but only using the text to speech option and you are using it too much for them, and I also wanted to detail that you can forget about doing that without the limits they've imposed on that which I've described above. So that makes it almost impossible to work with, since it's so slow and it has a only 4 tab simultaneously generating-limit nowadays. So Augie TTS is not like it was before when it was free and in beta stage, now that it's public and paying it's total crap and not worth paying for and the company itself using scammy scummy techniques as I've described like simply deleting your account. You might be in the middle of a big project of making an audiobook, and then suddenly your locked out of your account. I don't think you will be particularly happy then, no matter if it's a cute brunette girl doing talking sweet talk to you like a camgirl/ASMR hot whisper girl like they have on many of their newer Youtube-channel videos. It just seems like a money-making scam company now to me. Very disappointment. But very happy with the tiktoktts-site - we can all use this site now instead of Augie.
