This company first accepted my cash deposit , then froze account saying that they needed to do a check , 10 days and 3 conversations with these thieves and still nothing , i asked them to send my money back and forget my registration but they said they can't until checks are done .

bet365authenticator is a joke hahahaa they need to geolocalize you and activate your camera so that you can place a stupid bet!!?!?? Everything with the excuse of "security" (you have the f**ing ip d4mn 1di0ts!!!!) ... they are simply ridicolous. Is that a f**king joke?!?!? From now on i will stop using this stupid "we hate our customers" bookmaker. Worst of the worst!!!! They only need to geolocalize winning bettors so that they can not change account (geolocalization is better than someone fingertips)...is more of the same story, as usual. Looser are welcome, winners need to be taken out. Not this time b365, this is the last time you throw sh_1t at your customers. 0 STARS. Not to mention that this is literally raping customer privacy.

bet365 is making millions from changing odds after the bet has been placed! thisisgambling.com has recently uploaded a real life story of a user whos multiple bets have been changed and lots of money lost. thisisgambling.com is the only company that that is trying to help those customers, while gambling commission is allowing this crime to take place.

i sent them my id card , and driving license both in notarized copies, they told they want passport to enable withdraw.
This is only an excuse to not pay, as i cant request it with motivation " bet365 verifies".

Wouldn't use them again after they took four months to refund the balance on a closed account. They only played ball when I said I was reporting them to the Ombudsman.
