I love my delivery from these guys. I screwed one guy before he took my deposit .but as soon I found this company. I start my shipping from them .very accurate and on time. Very professional deal. I recommend to every one to use this company. Very secured and legit. Good shipping rates.

They picked the car up when they said they would, delivered early, answered questions promptly, charged a fair price and stuck to it. Transport driver was very professional and very communicative.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Brian. He quoted great price and timing. He delivered on both. We will work together as again in the future.

Overall it was a great experience with Brian Martin and the driver. Communication could have been a little better but overall I am very pleased. Motorcycle showed up just how I saw it at the dealership.

BEST WAY AUTO NOT INSURED
Update on my experience with Best Way Auto. They must use a simulated response to a negative reviews. I have been in contact with Peter Brown and he has stated that they don't carry insurance and are not responsible for damages done to my boat from negligiants of a driver they sent. As far as I know, Best Way Auto is not even registered as a business in NY ( I could not find them on the state business website). Unfortunately I have had to hire an attorney in order to get my $47k damages to my boat taken care of. We will see what happens. Peter Brown sent a company to pick up my boat for transportation and did not verify that the driver was insured. He was not insured and has never hauled a boat before. He did not even know how to hook the boat trailer onto the truck and did not attach the safety chains causing the trailer to come unhitched. Peter did not even know the boat was wrecked until I called him. They stated that there would be tracking on the boat in which there was not. I didn't even know that the boat was wrecked until 2 days after it was picked up. I have went through the driver's insurance and the company, DND Tower Logistics insurance and both claims were denied. This should of been the responsibility of Best Way to verify the driver as in their ads they guarantee experience and insuranced drivers. I am writing this because I do not want anyone else to go through the nightmare I am going through. I am not sure how there are any positive reviews for this company. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. What ever company you use, verify what driver will be picking up and verify they are properly insured. I took Peter's word that my driver was experienced and insured. A big mistake.

Peter was amazing he went above and beyond to get us setup and ready to go. He had our shipment scheduled that same day and ready to go for the very next day. The price was lower than everyone else and the driver was on time for both pickup and drop off. Easy to work with will be using Peter for every transport going forward.
