Claiming rewards and from presale
I reported an issue about claiming funds from a presale where I took participation, minutes right after sending the email I received a prompt response from Daniel who gave me the guidelines to claim those funds and transfer to my wallet with ease and stress free.
Daniel was very detailed and helpful and followed up with me until all was resolved.
