The wallet is only here to promote their pre sales. The white papers of their presales are all in the same design and every coin gets nearly rug pulled. When the coin launches you will not even be able to sell before it plummets. Lost over 10k.

The app promised multi-chain, but some lesser-known ones aren't fully supported yet, causing delays in my transfers. It's got good bones, but needs expansion sooner.

Scam wallet: Send ETH to buy new release coins only to find all of my ETH goes missing. Complain to them & they will give you every excuse possible you sent you're ETH elsewhere. Also when you go to claim your coins need to send more ETH same problem ETH disappears. WARNING! stop using best wallet all good reviews are fake like there app.

Really disappointed in this wallet, I have lost my pre sale wallets as the tokens went into a different wallet automatically before I even claimed them and there's nothing they can do, £220 down the drain. So if anyone wants to use best wallet then think again and use another legit wallet because don't trust this one, you will lose your tokens ands your Etherium. 😡😡😤😤😤

Really impressed with the UI. It's clean and intuitive, which is a breath of fresh air in the cluttered world of crypto apps. My one wish is for a dark mode that's a bit easier on the eyes late at night.

Sending Crypto TO Bestwallet - no Problem. Sending Crypto from Bestwallet to other Wallets: "Oops! something went wrong with the payment. Please try again". Tried with small and big amounts. Tried with Ledger and Coinbase. Tried with ETH and Bitcoin. Same result. No reaction from support.
