You have quit responding to my messages. I am still missing the item ending in 51 for $47.48. You told me you send me another of the item ending in 49 for around $89, if I did what you asked. My name and and a top review. Then you said you couldn't do it after saying you could. I think I successfully sent you a video and bar code. The vibrate button doesn't work. Don't know the exact date of experience.

What went wrong? Really? They drafted my money and left it pending for delivery until time lapsed and you are unable to retrieve your money for purchase. Contact your bank immediately to stop payment before the time lapses. I am seeking legal action. "Fraud"

I would just like to say Bestvibe did contact me eventually and explained the product was not in stock and let me choose another product and they included a free item in good will. So its not a scam just bad communication. I have received my replacement order quickly and nicely packaged. I withdraw my previous negative reviews. I advise Bestvibe to improve communication and placing orders on the website so the customer can see. Otherwise it looks like a scam and they will lose business.

I have purchased three times something on their site, confirmation of order were sent to my email, but some time later no information when it will be dispatched, I have contracted them and they told me first time after week that was out of stock but not realized as didn't come up when ordered, but happily gave me refund and i did it again twice and all again out of stock, I have purchased from lovehoney and they confirmed and without any issues dispatched with no issues. Bestvibe is joke now

Worse customer service ever if you have a problem take days to respond if they on the rare occasion they do without having to chase them again. I’ve had two problems and the customer service has been absolutely shocking at both times. I would never use this company again.

Refuses to REFUND!! STAY AWAY!!!
Refuses to issue refund for item that is out of stock. I keep requesting refund and they keep sending me emails asking for the order number which I have provided three times. Bottom line, they have no intentions on giving your $$ back. No doubt they will reply saying they can't find my order ,..... funny, they didn't have any trouble finding my bank account! Writing this off and will NEVER buy from them again.
UPDATE: Just as expected, “we can’t find your order.” Lies, I’ve written numerous emails with my order number and no response! “We can’t locate your order” is the standard response! They can reply to the review but not my emails!
UPDATE 12/11 - Received email stating that they would refund my money if I changed my review. My answer was to refund it first and I would consider it. No refund after a week so I guess that's not acceptable. This business is SHADY and will not reply to inquiries let alone refund any $$$. STAY AWAY or learn the hard way. I'll sacrifice the $$$ to warn others.

Problem solved !
I had some quality issues with this company that took too long to rectify. Hence a 4 star rating. However eventually through constant negotiation we reached an amicable conclusion and refund . A very polite apology and acknowledgement of Customer Service errors made on this occasion which I feel will be corrected and rectified in the future . Many Thanks

Look i do not post reviews on anything but that is how pissed I am with them.... the 4 star rating has to be joke these people are scammers I havent received my package in over a month they won't give me a refund and keep saying they can only give store credit.....why would I want store credit when u couldn't even deliver the first package.... im chalking it up as a loss shut this whole site down permanently im pretty sure its a ton of lawsuits on them.

Issue with delivery
I had an issue with my delivery (my fault). Customer Service was responsive and took care of the problem in no time!
Terrible communication and service
Placed an order beginning of October - heard nothing and after a week contacted them to be told item would not be shipped till 17th November!! I have asked 3 times for full refund after being offered alternative items or an additional “toy” with shipment - no thank you - still waiting for refund - terrible customer service!

These people were out of stock for a month on the item I ordered. Offered to send a different one and pay the two dollar difference, after I was strong armed into leaving a good review. It’s been longer than a month and the replacement item still hasn’t shipped. Poor email communication. DONT BUY FROM GERE. AMAZON IS BETTER FOR THESE ITEMS.
