wrote 3 emails in the last 2 weeks...absolutely no reply...so they lost my service!

NOTE: T-shirts are being shipped from Bulgaria.
Ordered a LARGE shirt through their (very dated) website. I received a very bare confirmation email (no details or photos of actual t-shirt purchased) which included a couple links for tracking shipment, stating "depending on the carrier" (!?).
Figured out which tracking website was reporting & it is complete garbage: did not update to reflect actual shipping!
I will say the item actually arrived in a reasonable timeframe (less than the "15-30 days" they state on their Shipping Terms), but they shipped a SMALL!
They became defensive when I pointed this out & sent a screenshot stating that's what I ordered.
I was not able to confirm what I had actually ordered, as the "My Orders" page on my account only states date, price & my name!? Again, very dated technology! They offered to exchange the size or refund the money if I returned the item, which was going to cost an additional $17, which they refused to cover ... I do not recommend!

I dont get the negative reviews, I ordered from this shop expecting it to be a scam because of the bad reviews but the shirt actually ended up being really good quality! material not as thick as gildan but def looks like 100% cotton (material doesn't look cheap or plasticy like some polyester shirts from the internet) the print looks great too.
shipping took around 2 weeks. Will order again.

Ordered a T-shirt from a concert tour I went to 5 years ago. I don't know if it's leftover stock from that tour or if it's a reproduction, but it looks great and is a Gildan brand shirt which is the same as the original would have been. It also fits true to size.
It was easy to order and arrived in 2 weeks.
Happy with the experience.

So far not happy, ordered and paid for 3 items then recieved email to say one item was out of stock (the most expensive one) and would I like to received a refund for this item and have the other two sent. I agreed to refund of $33.99 + $2.99 postage (as each item has a postage cost). Although shipping email was received 2 days later, the refund was not forthcoming. When I queried this, I was informed "only the boss has access to company's Pay Pal so whenever he is able to"! Have suggest that they send the refund by end of week before I have to start a case with PayPal and was then told "f you open case in Pay Pal it will make it harder and longer to priceed.. once case in PP is open the payment for the order are on hold and we cna not operate with it at all" which seemed a bit off and almost threatening.

Is this shop a scam? Ordered something two months ago and have not received anything.

They had the best Nazareth t-shirt on the web! The order was processed and shipped faster than expected. I was aware of a lengthy delivery time. The color was lighter than what I viewed, but it looks great! Thank you Bestrocktshirts for a fantastic shirt that will wear for years!

Yesterday received several shirts (Kreator / DRI / Sepultura / Cannibal Corpse). All in top condition, delivery time just 1 week.

This shop is no fake or something like this, will order again there.

I used to order a lot of shirts from these guys because, the prints were awesome and the shirts were durable. But, recently, I ordered a few more shirts from them and they switched to a soft cotton tee that shrinks after the first wash…now I have a bunch of square shirts that I can’t wear. Not pleased. Honestly, I’m going to miss ordering from them because, the prints are excellent.

After ordering the icon iconoclast 1984 tour shirt, I got one without the back printed. Complained, they sent another shirt, this time instead of getting what I originally ordered, they send the Night of the Crime shirt. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. A waste of time and money. Don't order from these people. You won't get what you want.

Was looking for a Tarja-era Nightwish shirt which can be hard to find. After seeing the mixed reviews I decided to give it a go with one shirt only and while paying with PayPal as it didn't cost much. Now shipping from The Eastern Bloc can be slow so I was prepared, but despite the ongoing war it arrived pretty quick. I placed my order on April 26th and received it (at home in The Netherlands) on May 3rth.

Quality of the shirt is pretty decent. Now band shirts never come in premium clothes' quality, but it's on the upper tier compared with other bandshirts. Print looks very well too, quite vibrant. Definitely worth the money.

WORST costumer service!
because of a "glitch" in the site they wanted me to pay extra $3, after i wrote it was their mistake, they agreed to send the order ($78 total) but they blocked me from the site!! and when i wrote them about it they started explaining that its because i didn't agree to pay for the shipping! and i was a returning costumer, in total i paid $185 but they blocked me because of $3 dollars mistake that their site made

Got two rare Renaissance tees from Bestrocktshirts that I haven't seen available anywhere else. High quality Gildan 100% cotton with bright clear graphics. Lots of compliments. Snail mail shipping from Bulgaria to US took awhile, but kept cost low. Very satisfied.

Everything great, items send next day after order, great quality and colours. I recomend it with pleasure and prepare next order. 😊Btw. this site is bulgarian not russian. Greatings!

I should’ve checked reviews before buying. They say I have to pay an extra 13$ on shipping despite me already paying 12$ because of a “glitch.”

It's a Russian scam website that will take your money, send nothing, and attempt to get you to pay additional fees too.

My story is like most, I received a transaction canceled email, but they still drafted from my account. I haven't received any replies to my emails.

Horrible and disgusting. Do not buy from this company. He is a scam and treats customers horribly and with no respect! No don’t purchase from this “business”. Horrible customer service.

This is a excellent place for t-shirts, I've bought several t-shirts from them and I haven't been disappointed once, you have to wait a bit for shipping because it comes from Bulgaria but I promise you it's worth the wait, these are high quality t-shirts, the printing on the t-shirts are outstanding, in all the t-shirts I've purchased, and it's been quite a few, every one hasn't faded, logo peeling, or any kind of damage of any kind to the t-shirt itself, I've bought t-shirts from other companies and the first wash, even though I follow the instructions on how to wash them, the logo is either peeling off, or it's faded, or it shrink's, I have never bought from these companies again, but bestrocktshirts I'll order from again and again, they have a excellent selection to choose from, anywhere from classic rock, to heavy metal, hip hop, myself I prefer the Glam metal bands of the 80's since that was the time I grew up in, if you're looking for fine quality t-shirts then this is the place, just be a little patient with the shipping, I promise you'll be so glad you ordered from them, I was not to patient the first time I ordered, I kept writing emails to the company and they told me to be patient, and it was worth the wait.
