I recently purchased my first doll and the experience was second to none! Customer service was prompt, communication was very timely and the product was better than images and information. Shipping was on time. Would recommend above all competitors! I will absolutely purchase from BestRealDoll again!

My husband and I ordered the doll and it took almost two months to get it. We knew it was coming from over seas so it would be a while but when it came we were very pleased with it. The doll is very beautiful soft and giggly. To be honest it was even better in person. The down fall of the doll is it’s heavy and the vagina is overly tight. The pros definitely out weigh some of the changes we would make with the doll and will probably order more in the future! She’s worth the wait!

These guys are borderline scam, I ordered an doll and I was expecting it to ship out within the timeframe they said and here almost 2 weeks later , nothing has shipped ..when I reached out , they claimed FedEx was the problem. Meanwhile, a label was merely created with FedEx, but FedEx never received the package and they are busy blaming FedEx . they said they would expedite shipping after I complained and they said as soon as they figured out the problem, they shipped out a new one and that was on Friday …today’s Monday. They said I should see the updated tracking and the tracking number still shows that only label was created and FedEx is not in possession of the package yet, they are full of crap and I don’t even think they are a legit company, I’m going to file fraud with my credit card .. Save yourself the money , these other reviews must just be fake from people at the actual company .. or they paid people to write it

When I first got my doll I was skeptical even though about sending it back as I have a bad back, but told myself to man up, and make it work, so I bought some item for Kristeen(that's the name I gave her) and let me tell you she is cute a d fun and I am glad I did not send her back, and the people at BRD answered every email promptly and my experience was very pleasant even when I put a PO Box for delivery that they could not deliver to, we e-mailed eachother and I got my doll as promised thank very much!!!

Alright, I posted a few days ago about the issue with the silicone doll's hair. Also, I am pretty confident I know how to care for and comb hair. I've learned some things in my life after 40 years haha. Anyway, please do not take any of this as a personal attack as it is truly my honest opinion and experience. I am sure thousands upon thousands of your customers have experienced no issues. It is honestly just my luck. Anyways, after losing enough hair to make two more dolls, the finger WIRE busted through the "flesh" already. How could it not? Honestly, a terrible finger design. When featuring a skeletal system the comparisons from the doll's piping to our skeletal structure works. But, when you compare the doll's hand structure to a humans it is as if three pipe cleaners were striated together and that is all. Not even a rubber cap on the end off the wire. The legitimate human hand structure should be considered next time, even if the wire were incased within something as simple as a common plastic straw it would have helped significantly. Moving forward but sticking with the mitts, after one day both hands look that of a mentally challenged individual (not being rude, painting a picture). The doll also came with a small tear and somehow has already gotten two more on its backside somehow. And I treat ALL of my belonging like glass. Especially when spending over a grand. I do LOVE the look of the doll but all of these issues happened over the span of a week, and I've only done the deed once. Figure that one out. Wish I could rate higher, but being that this is my first large payment for something entertainment wise, it has scared me enough to be my last. The worst part? It isn't like it's easy to send back or resolve unless spending more money. Other than the things mentioned, A+.

Almost half of the price of what I paid for my first purchase. It has been years, and the quality of engineering has tremendously improved the product. It feels much more realistic, weighs more and is larger and taller. Plus the joints are stronger allowing standing. Polymer engineers did a great job.

Great experience. She creeped me out at first, but after the first go around those feelings completely went away and I felt much more comfortable with her in my bed. I love wrestling with her to get her into the right positions.

My experience was awesome. Fast shipping on an in-stock US doll (about 1 week). The price was amazing, and doll is beyond my expectations for the price. There is a lot of negative talk about budget doll sellers on forums, so people get scared to order from anything not on the official list of doll sellers on dollforum.com. I think they are trying to keep doll prices high by doing this. Go with Bestrealdolls and save some money, you won't be disappointed.

I bought a doll from European stock to be delivered quickly.

After paying, customer service informed me that they did not have this doll in stock and that they had to send it by boat from China....
I ask to be paid back, they instead offer me to choose another doll in stock at the same price....

I refuse and ask for a refund again, this time they offer to send me the doll I chose by plane from China with less delivery time.
As I clearly understood that they did not want to reimburse me, I accepted but I felt that I didn't really have a choice...
In the end I received the right doll 1 and a half months after my order, they offered me a free option as compensation.

The doll in question is still online and announced in stock in Europe...(irontech jane valentine 150cm)

Even if it ended well for me I do not recommend this seller.

Edit after the answer : Making a stock error happens, leaving a reference that is not in stock is dishonest.

Between my order and the reception you had left this doll in stock, when I wrote here it was still there.
But since your answer I don't see it anymore, I'm happy to see that you finally removed it

They took pretty long to ship but the wait was worth it. The doll arrived in peak condition. I thought the site was fake at first because of the gramatical errors on the site but they came through

I absolutely love this company. I have been a fan of the real doll since I first learned about them in 1999 on the HBO show Real Sex. I always wanted one but never purchased one until a few weeks ago. The order process was easy and she arrived on time as expected. I was completely impressed by the product. She is beautiful, soft, and far more flexible than I even imagined. I am super impressed by product and service. The doll I received is absolutely gorgeous. The deep look in her eyes are incredible. I was very skeptical at first but I thought to myself, this is a high-end doll so I’m sure I’ll be happy with it & I was right. She feels very real. Rubbing her from her neck line down to her hands still freaks me out (in a very good way). She just feels very realistic. Now I’m wondering how a full silicone doll would feel. I was so impressed I ordered another doll a week after receiving my first one.

Doll was custom took a long time to get to me. But all things considered was well worth it doll is very pretty.. so I will definitely recommend just remember they are on Hong Kong time but will get back to you when they get back to work.

The doll's skin feels very realistic!
