I need last minute rally towels for my best friends wedding. She decided she wanted her guests to wave them as her and the groom walked into the reception. They were very helpful with placing my order and got them delivered in time. I did have to pay extra to have them delivered sooner than normal but it was worth it. They both loved them.

I wasnt sure what size wine glasses to order but they helped show me the different sizes in real life which was very helpful. I was worried I would pick ones either too big or too small. The print on my glasses looks really good and the size is perfect. A few arrived broken but they replaced them right away. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered shot glasses for an event I'm hosting and they look great. The image is better than I expected. I had an issue with my order which is why I'm removing a star. They fixed it right away which was nice but not perfect. I will be ordering again for other events.

I’ll say it again, this company is a SCAM. BUYER BEWARE! I have tried multiple times to contact this company, they have my money which has not been refunded, I never received the product I ordered. They don’t return emails or phone calls. I spoke with a manager who assured me that they are “not a scam” and said that I would be getting my money back. This was in the beginning of August, still no refund. I emailed (yet again) and also called the number the manager gave me . No one answered, no one called me back, no one returned my email. So I guess I’ve just had to learn an expensive lesson, but hopefully others see this review and take their business elsewhere!!!!

Super friendly and helpful. I ordered plastic wine glasses for an event and needed help with my image. They were super patient and helped me place the order correctly. Got the glasses yesterday and they were exactly what I wanted. I will be placing more orders in the future!

I have only had good experience ordering from this website. I have ordered few times and every time I was happy with the products delivered. They also arrived on time. I use them for all my party favor needs; they have the glassware and products I need. I will be a returning customer.

My experience with them was a little delayed, but they were very responsive in emailing back. It was a miscommunication that led me to think I was being scammed, but best favors were very quick to resolve the problem. My wedding glasses came 150 of them. They were pretty, the order was just as I pictured them, the manager even called me personally and spoke with me to reassure me that I wasn’t being scammed and I was not talking to an AI bot. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

ZERO STARS!! SCAM!! Charged our credit card in January when order was placed - never received merchandise, said they were out of the color we wanted. After multiple emails and no response, credit card company now involved to get the $221 back. THIEVES!

If you plan to purchase items for a special event DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I've been promised a refund then told the credit card company was a problem, so we changed them. Then the check is in the mail...but of course it wasn't...then "give us your Paypal account for your refund... then of course STILL NO REFUND. They take your money and do not deliver the product. They lie and say they will honor a full refund then come up with excuse upon excuse as to why it hasn't happened. Unscrupulous is the best way to describe them.

We ordered stemless glasses for Prom favors. They were reasonably priced and came quickly. My only issue is the font and the design was smaller than expected. They looked good and the quality was good, just smaller imprinting than I thought it would be.
