Excellent - fast, high quality scans, straight forward.
Great quick service. Really surprised me with how fast they were.
I was worried about sending precious pictures that can't be replaced to a company, but I got an email as soon as they were received which put my mind at ease.
Then soon after all of the photos were scanned and a link to a ZIP provided - the scans of the photos were great and well organised too.
Cannot fault it - very happy I digitised the photos, and went with Best Photo Scan.
Oh, I also got the physical pictures back very quickly which I was super pleased about.

Delighted with results

Should have done this ages ago!
I was really apprehensive about using an online service to take care of irreplaceable items like photos. I sent relatively small number, which although important to me, would not have been heartbroken if things hadn't gone according to plan. I need not have worried - my photos are back, plus their digital counterparts - safely, promptly and a decent quality product. The only down side is that I now have to sort the rest of my pictures to sort for sending!

Fantastic service

Excellent service
I must admit to being nervous over the quality of the images after being scanned from photos but I needn't have been. Superb quality at a really good price. Excellent communications throughout so I knew what was happening when. Definitely recommend and use again.
