Order not arrived, no follow up. Forced to download an app to track delivery that harvests your details and contacts. Unable to use app. Tried contacting their help email, email bounce back . A scam!!

Item ordered on eBay 31 May, money taken on 3 June. When I checked tracking, the item hadn't been dispatched and seller not available till 4 July! Repeated messages after this date to resolve the issue left on eBay Messenger plus on their regular email - no response to either me on either platform or to ebays messages on my behalf to contact me and definitely not following their own company promise to reply to messages and emails! Issue still being pursued. Do yourself a favour and avoid this seller at all costs - in checking feedback I see I'm not the only one to have this particular issue with this seller. EBay should be looking closely at this company's operation as it's definitely not a good outfit to have on their site. Avoid them.

Bought an expensive Hurtta harness which broke after very little wear. Contacted the manufacturer who said it couldn't be repaired and to return it to the seller. I have contacted bestpetstore by email and through their contact form and they are ignoring me. So I'm out of pocket because they don't want to refund me or exchange the item. Rip off.

Flawless transaction: friendly customer service and extremely fast postage. The Hurtta Coat was listed at a lower price than any other retailer & arrived in perfect condition. After reading online reviews, I'll admit I was nervous but I emailed the shop & Amy was extremely helpful. I thought they more than deserved a good review

I ordered two dog coats at a great price compared to other stores. These were ordered on Wednesday evening and received two days later . I really can’t fault my experience with this company , their communication was great too.

Placed an order with a coupon code with them and 2 days later got an email saying no stock so order was cancelled and refunded. I was told to look back in a few days to see when stock became available again. I looked a week later and the items were back in stock, so again placed the order and as before used the coupon code but this time it wasn't recognised as I had made an account on the previous cancelled order, (think the code was for new customers). The code was recognised when I wasn't logged in though. I emailed the company and go told the code I was using wasn't a recognised code now.
Also it said they didn't have any stock in their warehouse but their supplier did so I could still place an order!!
I did NOT place another order and do NOT recommend this company

Ordered two items from Bestpetstore at a really good price. Was worried about ordering from this company due to poor reviews on TrustPilot. Also looked at ordering through another major online marketplace retailer and noticed it was the same company supplying the goods but at a higher price. Bestpetstore were definitely the cheapest on the Flexi Xtreme dog lead and accessories that I was looking for. Ordered directly from Bestpetstore late evening 19/1/24 and received entire order 22/1/24 so a very speedy and efficient delivery. Very pleased with all items ordered that were significantly cheaper than any where else online. I’m writing this review because it’s easy to complain when you have a problem but we don’t always compliment a company when things go well. I didn’t have any problems with my order and I would definitely recommend them and certainly order from them again.

Ordered a harness, received a clicker. I contacted them via email and was told to reorder the harness and return the clicker. Reordered harness and received another clicker. Several emails and phone calls and a trip to the post office later I was told the item I ordered no longer existed. I then had to chase up my refunds after initially only being refunded for one incorrect item. A lot of wasted time! Communication via email and phone was satisfactory and very speedy delivery.

Item not received rubbish customer service avoid this company

Ordered a dog harness from their website on 12 November, was told 1-2 working days delivery window. Was sent an Amazon tracking number, which on first check showed "label created" have tried to track several times since and now "Sorry" cannot find your package. Have contacted company twice by email, no response, think I probably not receive the harness and have lost my money, so far not impressed.

Good price advertised but dosent display accurate stock levels or is a drop shipper so has items for sale they can't supply. Ordered over a week ago, chased to be told it had been cancelled (emailed) and refunded. Unfortunately neither fact was true. Raised it through PayPal as its too frustrating/disappointing dealing with this type of shop.

Ordered a large 8m flexi lead for our dog, on Friday afternoon. Our first time using this company.
It arrived the next afternoon ( Saturday). Was not expecting that!
Extremely quick to process our order, and Lightening fast delivery. Couldn't be happier.
Will use again in the future.
