My daughter ordered a custom Paint by numbers kit for me for a Christmas gift in 2024. After not receiving the kit by Christmas as promised, she reached out to them and they said they didn't get some information, though they were paid. She then sent the information and now months and months later they will not answer any emails or return any phone calls. It is now June 2025. I'm so disappointed because I really was looking forward to this project. Shame on them for not responding or reaching out. Obviously, my daughter was scammed.

Stay AWAY! It appears company has gone out of business!!Originally, the company was very responsive and helpful. Recently, we placed an order and 45 days later, no product. I have reached out 5 times via email and NO response. In addition, phone number does not allow you to connect with person.

Absolutely scam, have received no information on my package and no one replies to emails

They never delivered my product.

I waited almost a month and they would not respond at all to my inquiries about order status. I would NEVER NEVER use them again.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT FALL for this scam of a company!

I have used this company in the past for two other pictures. and I was happy with the company. They were having a sale buy two get one free. I submitted my three pictures and only two came back. I did get three pictures, but two of the pictures were duplicates. I’ve asked the company on how we could resolve this and it’s been over Two months so I am no longer going to use them and suggest you find another company to get your pictures done with.

I ordered 3 paintings on April 13th. Today is May 20th and nothing received. I have tried to contact and be refunded. NOTHING for a response. Worst customer service and company ever!

It has been 31 of their work days since We have provided a photo for a paint by the numbers kit and have not received it yet. You cannot call the company and talk to a person. You must send your inquires via an an email address that has Chris as the recipient. We have sent 5 emails questioning the status of our order and have not heard from the company. Our advice obviously is to not deal with this company.

Do not trust this company at all use another company. Order has not in over a month. The company will not recognize you for a refund or cancellation. Their website is designed so there is no contact. The phone number is a recording and for two weeks there has been no response. they are not a trustworthy company.

I ordered 6 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. After I emailed several times I did get a tracking number. I then did a deeper dive into the tracking number and found the item never shipped. Find another company.

I bought a painting Feb 2nd, never received my painting. I've been emailing back and forth and I keep getting the run around. This is a scam. If I do get my painting I will come back and change my review. Don't buy here unless you want to give money away to thieves.

If I could give them zero stars I would… This company is a complete scam… They will take your money immediately and then respond to your emails with very vague and misleading patent emails. They have no intention of delivering their product and if you look at all the reviews on this website, you’ll notice that all the + ones only have a first name, and they all sound very similar in their reviews… These are fake reviews, and trust pilot has failed at weeding out the fake reviews… Noticed their Facebook page doesn’t let anybody comment because the few comments that do slip by, are all negative… Save your money and don’t order from this company…

Ordered item on 2/20/25 and still have not received item. Tried to reach out to email on their site and it was returned undelivered

Buyer beware

I ordered from this company on February 10 and they took my payment immediately yet here it is March 18 and I still haven’t received anything. I contacted them several times and received one response back with an apology, but the time is a dealbreaker for me. I will never order from this company again.

I placed an order on January 4th for a customizable paint by numbers painting. After a month, I reached out to the company to check on the status and they requested I send the photo (again) claiming they never got it the first time. After re-sending the photo, here i am, over a month later, nothing. I have a string of emails from "Chris" that says will check with the "production team" and then nothing. No further information... my last email to him was either deliver the product or give my money back. I did research the reviews prior to ordering and there were many great ones, but looks like lately others are having the same problems that I am dealing with.

Update: today is March 25th, still nothing!

I placed an order on 2/19 for a gift for a friend. I immediately started receiving daily spam from the company, but never a status on the order itself. I inquired twice via email and both times got an immediate acknowledgment that my query would be answered in 24 hours. It never was. I even tried to call them, but there is no option to talk to a human. Finally contacted PayPal and they were able to get a response out of them which sounds like the response that they give here: check your spam. I did, there’s nothing there, so it will be interesting to see if the order materializes since they *claimed* it was shipped.

Jeez. Horrible customer service. Never respond to my request for tracking of my order. Already charged my account... and I'm still waiting for a response.

I ordered a paint by numbers picture. It’s almost a month now and I just keep getting the runaround. They keep telling me that I have to wait X amount of days. I’m tired of waiting I would like to talk to somebody and this is the first time that I didn’t read the reviews before I placed my order

Placed an order first week of Jan. Here it is mid-Feb and still nothing

I ordered from this company before and it was very good. Some of the paints were dried out already, but we improvised with similar colour's from the other paintings we ordered.
This last order in Oct. 2024 NEVER Arrived. Up to this point I still appreciated their services UNTIL YOU TRY TO CONTACT THEM! Then....Nothing.Tried twice, had bought the shipping insurance, it's been 4 months, finally got a repayment from PayPal.

- Reply to customers in a timely manner.
- If you are unsure of a status and the customer bought the shipping insurance, give them the benefit of the doubt if you Truely Value your customers like you advertise.
We started off well, but you've put me through A Lot of hoops to get my lousy $30 US back because you didn't value my business like you advertised. THAT is my last impression.
It's all outta China...so buyer beware.

Part of my order was missing i reported it the day i received it. That was 12/11/24. I have emailed them 4 times and all i get back is the standard we will contact you in 24 to 48 hrs. and i have never heard another thing. They have not been concerned that the frame i paid for i did not receive. Terrible customer service. So to update my review as of 2/1/25 I have finally received the rest of my order. It took along time and several emails but the company did come through.
