These guys are honestly one of the best services I have ever come across. Everything, from customer service to the booking process, is outstanding. I am living proof that this service is reliable and genuinely helpful!
I booked flight tickets for my visa application at VFS, and the price was very reasonable compared to other services I found. In fact, it was the only one that offered a fair and affordable option.
While I was at the VFS office submitting my application, I ran into an issue. The dates on my ticket were too short for the Norwegian immigration officers to consider my case, and they recommended that I amend them. I panicked, but I quickly sent an email to these brilliant people explaining my situation.
Within minutes, they got back to me and amended my booking. It was incredibly fast, and on top of that, it was done free of charge. I was genuinely shocked, as I have never experienced that level of service before.
This was especially important because I was still at the VFS office, and as you know, visa officers are strict. The team acted quickly, made the changes, and sent everything back to me within minutes. It helped me massively in that moment.
The person handling my case was Sara, and I am truly grateful for her help. I cannot fully explain how much this meant to me, but it made a huge difference during a very important and stressful situation.
I want to thank the whole team, and especially Sara, for providing such an incredible service. For people like me who are going through stressful processes like visa applications, having support like this means everything.
I truly appreciate everything you have done, and I wish you all the very best going forward. Please continue the great work you put out for the people. You are all doing an amazing job, and I'm so blessed to come across this service.

Got my ticket instantly and very quick response when I had a question.
It used to be possible to use the booking code on the website of the airline to print a more authentic ticket but that wouldn t work on either of the flights they reserved for me. Everything went smooth with the ticket they provided though.
