Awful experience to say the least

Awful experience to say the least. Bought a pair of expensive earrings, and the earrings I got were both scratched up and the «gold» was full of dark spots. If you ask me it’s quite unprofessional to sell «luxury goods» for full price in that condition. Unfortunately I won’t be able to return them because I live in Norway and I just picked them up at an Instabox at a one-time trip to Sweden.

The shoes are very nice to have.

The shoes are very nice to have.
The service of best of brand was not very pleasant. The goods were delivered late than promised date which is absolutely fine by me. But I was not notified at all and when I reached to the customer services, I was only told that the goods were not delivered yet and they do not know why, but will come back to me with more information. After in total 10 days waiting, I finally got the order. It would be nicer if I can be notified along the way.

Ordered a jacket a size smaller than…

Ordered a jacket a size smaller than usual, as it was described as "larger than regular sizes" but it turned out it wasn't when it arrived, so it was too small and I wanted to excgange it for a bigger one. I emailed support and they told me they can't do exchanges, so I had to return it and wait for a repayment and then buy the larger jacket.
