DO NOT TRUST

I ordered a PS5 in March, I emailed about delivery and got no response. I spoke to someone on the online chat and asked them to respond to my email. I was then told the delivery team would be in touch. After a few days I still hasn’t heard anything so I emailed again asking if they could at least give me an idea when it might get delivered. I was then told my PS5 had been dispatched and that the delivery team would contact me soon. I found this strange as the payment was still pending on my account. The next morning I checked my bank account again and the pending payment had disappeared. Not sure if my bank cancelled the payment or them but sounds like I had a lucky escape! DO NOT TRUST!!

I would give 0 stars but couldn’t find…

I would give 0 stars but couldn’t find the option.
Took my money for a ps5 told me I would get it within 3 days…. 5 weeks later no ps5 or refund despite being told many times during the 1st 2 weeks that I was being issued with a refund.
Complete scammers do not be fooled!!!
