Once we decided to move out of our Manhattan apartment and into a house with a backyard, we knew we would need a trampoline to complete our suburban vision! When we visited the showroom, my 6 year old son thought he was in heaven, and the staff made him feel welcome to try out the equipment which really helped us narrow down our options. When we were ready, Dave at Best in Backyards in Mahopac made our purchasing experience easy, fun and their prices were more than competitive with any offer we found for our Springfree trampoline. Even the follow up was genuine and personalized. We would definitely recommend BiB and will return there when we are ready to expand our backyard oasis!

When the shed arrived we were very happy with our choice. The delivery men did a great job setting the shed and with the final assembly.

I was given a time window for delivery and surprisingly the guys came early on. When they arrived, I showed them the location I wanted for setup. Within 5 minutes, equipment was being unloaded and set up began. Swing set was adjusted for the slope of my backyard and my kids love it. Couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great play set and couldn't be happier. Good quality and assembled quick and sturdy.

The only negative comment I would make for the whole process is that the installers left dirty black handprints all along my white siding, where the awning was installed. Everything else was very good and I would buy from this company again.

From buying to installation, everything was up in a timely manner and the swingset is beautiful.

The shed we purchased from Best in Backyards was built in our yard on the day we were told and the crew worked hard and did a great job keeping the build site clean of debris and work materials. The shed looks great and was a great value when compared to other shed companies.

Ordered shed, built on site due to location. Shed was to match house colors (siding and trim) Crew arrived as scheduled. Constructed in one long day. Fit and finish excellent.

Quick and easy setup by team

We are very happy with our experience, from the showroom to delivery. We had one small glitch(wrong window color) and it was easily remedied with no hassle. We love our shed, they are an excellent company with excellent products.

The installers showed up right on time. It was a rainy day and they got right to work. They laid out everything in position and explained why they set it that way. In 2 hours they were finished. They cleaned up well and explained everything that was needed to care for the unit. Overall we were very impressed.

Great selection of playscape models to choose from, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

One piece of wood was peeling/ cracked. We noticed it the next day after installation, so we were very disappointed that they weren't honest and said something. We had to wait 2-3 wks to get a response and have it replaced after spending thousands or dollars! Go over ever inch before they leave!!

Delivery was exactly as promised, the installers were great and positioned the Swingset exactly where we wanted it. Our son loves it and the quality and construction of materials is superior.

The sales staff at the Mahopac store were thorough and explained all required. The set up was extremely quick and neatly done.
