Ordered Profoam - Kitchen Hob & Oven Cleaner | Fresh Lemon; it didn't work as advertised. I contacted the company to request a refund, who at that time provided further instructions which I followed and it still didn't work. Contacted again and I was provided with an excuse. I won't be purchasing this product again or recommending as it is false advertisement.

Customers do not find this useful, as there are a number of 1* reviews left.
Yes you have emailed and I have responded, I was then provided with unhelpful excuses. I'm not happy with the poor results, which I included photos in my response. Hence why I left you a 1* review.
Customer services should be helpful towards customers, not provide excuses.
I won't be a returning customer.

Excellent customer service. Somehow the wrong address was submitted on my order. They had a great solution and even contacted me afterwards to check I had received it. Amazing! I haven't used the product yet, so can't comment on its effectiveness.

EVRI lost my parcel on 2 occasions…
EVRI lost my parcel on 2 occasions which is just rediculous....however when I reached out to best ideas they couldn't have been more helpful. They suggested I use a different address and I received the items the next day. 10 out of 10 and I must admit the profoam was a great investment. Highly recommend.🙂

Profoam oven cleaner
I made a purchase which arrived promptly as promised. There was a problem with the nozzle on my can and when contacted, the company were immediately willing to resolve this. They were very professional and caring. I received a replacement within a few days.
The product is also amazing!

It removes mould, but to me it’s just a bleach gel it smells strongly of bleach, won’t buy again.

I've placed a number of orders and each product has been great. I had a slight issue when an order did not arrive and when trying to get a response just got an automated reply, however I eventually got a reply and a replacement was dispatched and another great product now received

Disappointing
Thus product is just as people say expensive for what it is did not clean my oven any better than any other products I've used even after 2 applications over 1 hr each in fact I bought a pack for my oven through hotpoint and it had a oven & hob cleaner which did a better job than this but as it was out of stock I thought I would give this a try £25+ down the drain will not buy again and customer service agent i spoke interrupted me when I was talking very rude to do this would send it back if it weren't for the fact I would have to pay £2.99 for postage and now I've used one can it will be more difficult to do so

Bought the Proforn carpet cleaner and it was absolutely USELESS.
