I first got in contact in relation to phase 1 of my start up business..I had never hired staff or had to write a policy or procedure; I really didnt know were to start. The team helped me from day one to draw up bespoke policies, procedures and even guided me through some best practice models. The team were friendly but they also understood my business which was really helpful to me.
I am currently 6 months down the line and have regular contact with the team; even just on general advice such as performance reviews and appraisals for my staff.
There knowledge is second to none and I would reccomend them to any business in need of HR advice.

Always go the extra mile to help!

I have got help from Amanda on a few occasions and she always goes out of her way to advise and come up with solutions for me relating to the business and our needs while keeping us on the right path. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her team for anyone.
