Good rates, but overly complex
Documentation to change monies appears excsessive - bank account details, proof of ID, proof of address etc etc......

Easy peasy
Really easy to sort out my foreign currency, my only gripe would be that I was sold a buy back guarantee for about £4.95 so that they’d buy back any unused currency at the same rate at which I bought it, but when I took it back they said that only the first £500 was covered by it. This was categorically not explained to me when I bought the currency, so I found it quite annoying.
