No Show Tour Operator!

This was a horrible first time experience for me using this company. They cancelled last minute, never contacted me.and I was left scrambling to find another tour so I didn't waste an entire vacation day. They were unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time leaving me to wait in a hotel lobby for 90 minutes and were unavailable to answer the phone phone or texts. They are unreliable and not to be trusted. Mark this one off your list and book with a reliable company!
