It is a cool site. Not over bearing or too nosy.

All the support people I have dealt with have been excellent. The biggest problem is the attachment that you sent to me so that I can take my information and put it into the form. Your attachment does not say anything about their being two consent forms and I spoke to many Support people during this period of time and they told me I was being rejected because it was missing that particular form. Never did anyone mention to me that there were two consent forms, which do not print out when you open the attachment to get into your website. This was frustrating because I tried everything under the sun to resubmit it and kept getting the message that I was missing the consent form. Finally, one of the Support people told me that there were two consent forms and I wish I could remember her name and it was possibly Monica that let me know. There were two consent forms not just one so I wasted valuable time trying to continue to resubmit the verification form and continued to get rejected because of the same problem. So finally one of the Support staff told me there were two forms and not just one and that helped very, very much cause I could’ve been texting for two years if no one had told me about the second consent form. I do not understand why someone has not updated the attachment that you sent to your customers to let them know there are two consent forms! Once I did that it became pretty easy to finish it out and in the beginning, I had a difficult time getting my drivers license and my face to fit in one picture, but finally got that figured out. But overall the support staff was quite helpful and if they did not have an answer, they would put me on hold and find out for me what I was looking for. Right now I am wondering if I have been completely approved or only the verification information that I submitted was approved. I wish someone would get back to me and tell me one way or another that I have been totally accepted to exchange information with Larissa or let me know that you are still working on the consent forms to make sure that I am not an ax, murderer or rapist or something horrible like that. I am a very honest, genuine person and would just like to be kept up-to-date as to where the final verification information is and keep me updated as to you are close to finishing the final consent and I would receive something a little bit later. After all I was put through doing this I am just anxious to be completely accepted so that I can get Larissa’s information. So if someone could send an email to me as an individual email and not an email stacked within an email which I think is not a good way to respond to whoever is sending you a question. When I pull up something from Support there could be 15 emails within one Email and I would prefer that they be sent separately because it becomes very confusing to understand what you say when there could be 10 emails within an email. Can someone please let me know where I am at in the final final approval analysis so that I can talk to Larissa and let her know that we finally can have personal contact with each other. I am concerned for her mental and physical well-being as I don’t want her doing something to herself by not receiving some sort of reply. I get really really scared that she is going to do something to herself if she doesn’t get and we don’t get our final approval so that we may connect with each other. I thank you in advance for looking into this and sending me back some detailed information on about when I can expect to receive the final final verification. I appreciate the speed of communication. I’m a little frustrated and feeling tethered to subscription costs in order to use the app. Feel that should have been hashed out from the start.
