Bestcraftlab is a known scam. They will refund you if you complain A LOT (repeatedly over weeks) and threaten to report their shady business practices to the police. This is how their "business works":
1. You sign up for a freebie or a discount, which you never actually receive
2. They charge your entered payment repeatedly for a "membership" that will apparently entitle you to the said freebie or discount
3. You cannot cancel this unless you repeatedly complain to their customer service. Their given phone number did NOT work. Only emailing them repeatedly and reporting them to the Cypriot and German police worked.
4. They will make a "special exception" and give you a refund, but not in actual money, just to your bestcraftlab account. Then they expect you to give them a 5 star rating on this website. Guarantee that all the people who are saying that so-and-so helped them with their problem are only doing so in the hopes that their refund will actually work
5. They will email you again and again to update your rating even though they've confirmed they will stop emailing you.

I never thought that my issue will be resolved and my money will be refunded..but you made it happen..ot will be a big help if the money will be refunded in my account.thank you.

Bnch of thieves, pushing thru unauthorised payments every 3 days, even on a blocked account, bribing to get a review to get refunded and I'm still waiting

I cancelled my account that I don't remember creating and then money was still deducted from my account after the cancellation

So far went wrong! This link will be closed or reported. I frustrated so much because they get my money in my credit card almost 4 transactions without prior notice. I chatted to there agents because I wanted them to refund my money but they refuse and have so much words against me. Much better this link would be close immediately! Thank you.
