Quick Delivery, Took Long to Respond

I ordered a perfume from them via albert heijn, and they didn't respond for the first couple of days even though it said it would be shipped and delivered by then.

I then contacted their customer service, and they did end up responding and shipping, and it was delivered the next day, so overall quite a good experience, minus the fact that I had to contact customer service for them to ship it. Otherwise, for the low prices, it was very good!
