Very helpful customer service on the phone, when I was having some difficulty ordering on line.
Delivery arrived on schedule, very well packaged on a pallet, which the driver left conveniently adjacent to our front door.
The laminate was easy to lay and we are very happy with the finished floor.

Vinyl flooring well fitted
I wanted to replace the carpet in my study room with wood effect vinyl flooring. They turned up when they said they would; did a good job and cut up my old carpet for easier disposal. I would choose them again in the future.

Quick delivery of the flooring. Good price and no damaged planks. Only one small issue, the sample didn’t arrive but it was refunded anyway so all good.

Paid them for a sample piece of flooring with the intention of perhaps ordering from them, they could not fulfil the ordered sample, said they would arrange for a courier to send another, but nothing happened, so I asked for a refund which I DID receive a few days later. A bit of a waste of time.

Searched up and down country for an LVT floor product that would not be stocked again by the manufacturer until end Jan 2026. Looked up and down country, Bestatflooring was the only place that could supply and had it delivered within just a few days all at a great cost. Neil provided super fast communication and service.

Simply the Best at Flooring
My quest for Karndean luxury vinyl flooring led me through multiple authorized retailers, but I quickly found that their offerings were less than ideal. Their prices weren’t particularly competitive, and their delivery dates were uncertain, especially since I only needed the flooring without installation. This made the process frustrating and time-consuming.
When I turned to only 2 online authorised retailers, the experience was no better from one that didn’t even pick up the phone. However Best at Flooring offered an exceptional experience.
From the moment I contacted Kieran at Best at Flooring, the difference was night and day. Kieran was incredibly responsive, whether it was via email or phone. He answered my first call promptly and with remarkable professionalism.
Kieran was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly responsive. He guided me through every detail, from product selection and warranty registration to offering the best possible pricing. After I made my purchase, he kept me informed every step of the way, from confirming the order to providing real-time delivery updates. Even during the delivery process, he made sure I was in the loop, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
After the flooring arrived, I noticed some minor damages. Kieran tackled the issue swiftly, coordinating directly with Karndean so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. This hands-on support meant I could focus on enjoying my new flooring without the hassle.
And when more challenges arose, Charlotte, the manager, also stepped in with the same level of dedication. She was always available to answer calls, follow up, and ensure that everything was resolved quickly and efficiently.
In summary, Best at Flooring delivered an outstanding experience that exceeded my expectations. Their commitment to customer service, from Kieran’s immediate responsiveness from the first call to warranty registration after floor installation to Charlotte’s oversight, made the entire purchase seamless and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional support.
