Very healthy plants
I was a bit sceptical about ordering hedging plants on line but I needn't have worried as Best4hedging did a fantastic job.
The company kept me informed all the way and the plants arrived on time, very well packaged and in excellent condition, the plants look very healthy.
Just hope I can do them justice when I plant them out.

Smaller than ordered
I had ordered 80-100 cm bare root, some of them were barely 60cm. Healthy looking but small.

The only reason it’s not 5 stars is due to using dpd as courier. That being said when I had issues, customer service were great

Late delivery
Plants were delivered five weeks after order. Delay was only explained after I called to find out what was happening. I would have changed my order or paid for separate deliveries if I'd known I would miss so much planting time. Basic communication. Person I spoke to was pleasant though.

The plants received were damaged and/or diseased
The plants received were damaged and/or diseased. Sent photos and requested a refund, this was received minus the cost of delivery. They also push customers to buy root grow and fertiliser to activate their plant guarantee. However the root grow is for bare root plants and ours were in pots, so not appropriate. Not a great experience

Following your review, we have now issued a refund for the delivery cost as well so that the order has been fully refunded. With regard to Rootgrow, this product can actually be used for both bare root and pot-grown plants, although when planting pot-grown plants it should be applied as the granules in the planting hole rather than mixed with water to form a gel.
