They sell & take payment for items they don't have in stock despite the website stating they are in stock.
I ordered two "in stock items" & even paid extra for next day delivery, after the items didn't arrive on the due date i contacted the company, it was several days later that i received a reply stating that neither items were in stock & one of the items wouldn't be for several months, i requested a refund but even this took a long time, the items were still listed as in stock on the website after all this.
A compete waste of my time.

Disappointing, sorry
The Sennheiser BTD 800 ML USB Dongle I ordered didn't work with the Sennheiser Presence headset I had, though they appeared to be linked on the Best4Headsets website. I don't have an alternative headset, so have no means of testing whether the dongle is faulty but this was a disappointing purchase.

I ordered my Peltor hygiene kits about a week ago. The company was kind enough to call me personally to say that the kits could be up to 10 days late due to supply issues from Europe. In the end they arrived in about 6 days, very happy.
