The lady i spoke to was a 100% with her politeness and manners and walked me through everything step by step over the phone because I'm not to clever doing stuff over the phone

I’d like to sincerely thank Sam Norris from Best4Warranty for his outstanding support with my GAP insurance. He followed up with me several times, sent clear emails, and when we finally spoke over the phone, he was extremely helpful and professional. Sam guided me through the entire activation process step-by-step and made everything easy to understand. I truly appreciate the time and care he took. Excellent customer service — thank you again!

Clare Gates is an asset to your company. She helped me set up my GAP insurance on my new BMW, and was a pleasure to speak to throughout! I now have piece of the mind for the next few years that it will be fully covered if needed.

Attentive detailed and professional

Paris was so professional in her explanation of GAP. She made sure i was aware of all the the terms and conditions in a well mannered way. She took the time to make sure that i fully understood the payment process and even gave me the option to pay by Bumper which i found very useful spreading the cost over a term that suited. Well don best 4.
