I got advice on my printer problem. I understood the problem better.
Best2Serve is a total Fraud website. I paid for three years HP care pack on 27 March 2025 but till now HP did not activate my extended warranty. I contested the warranty information many times but no one is responding to me. Even worse, now my order information with Best2Serve website has disappeared from their records as if I did not buy it although I have order confirmation on my email.
Best2serve is a fraud. Do not ever buy the extended warranty or HP Care Pack option.

It is unbelievable that I was forced to pay for the repair of my laptop for a defect that is obviously not my fault, how opening and closing the lid of the laptop counts as 'pure misuse' is genuinely outrageous.
Very easy site to use. Got every thing done with regards extending my warranty on my HP desktop PC. Let me know it was all done and up and running.
Very good got my printer reconnected very quickly.A very positive experience.
Absolutely fantastic! I was so nervous sending laptop off after being messed around by a local repair shop for weeks but I really needn’t have been. Having them collect and deliver the laptop is so convenient and it’s all included in the initial price (which was less than the local shop that I had to drive back and forth to.)
Not only did they fix the issues I knew I had- smashed LCD screen and crack in the underside of the laptop, they fixed a bunch of problems I didn’t even know I had all for the same price! It came back like brand new, with a new charger. Genuinely could not be happier with the service!
I’m really disappointed with my experience using HP’s support via Best2Serve. My laptop, which is just over a year old, began freezing and crashing repeatedly. I was charged £21 just to access support, only to be taken through basic troubleshooting steps that didn’t resolve anything.
I was told the issue was likely software-related, but after performing a full OS reinstall on my own (without HP's help), the problem persisted. I explained all of this clearly, yet they continued suggesting the same steps. Eventually, I was quoted up to £400 for a repair — nearly the price of a new laptop.
No one seemed to take accountability, and I felt dismissed throughout. I ended up replacing the device myself and regretted paying for the support in the first place. It was a stressful and frustrating experience from start to finish.
I expected more from HP.

Total rip-off. Payments are made before any communications, and then unable to get through to anyone for help! No wonder HP make so much profit. Absolute appalling service!

Great PC, keyboard not as good as my previous one that I'm still using
I paid for support and they closed my case before the issue was resolved. I missed one call and an email from HP because I was on a two week holiday and they must have assumed the problem was solved. It is not. Please contact me HP to discuss. I have paid for your support that I have not received in full.
PLEASE CONTACT ME HP I HAVE PAID MONEY AND NOT RECIEVED A FULL SERVICE.
I have even had to spend time doing a full laptop re-install, per their request... and my issue is still not fixed.
What is most frustrating is that my issue has happened just after my 1 year included warranty has run out (coincidence, HP ?!?!?!).
Please, HP, contact me.
For reference - my HP laptop which is only just over one year old, no longer allows me to output to a second monitor in a resolution above 1920 x 1080. This is despite it having done so for the last 12 months and I know my BenQ monitor is still working fine, as I have tested it with my wife's laptop.
So far, you have shared my screen, checked my drivers, asked me to backup to an earlier date when my laptop graphics worked fine, and (as none of this worked), to reinstall my laptop (completely) - and the issue is STILL not fixed.
There is NO WAY I would have spent all this money on a new laptop just over 12 months ago to only be able to output terrible resolution to my 27inch BenQ monitor. With my second monitor, 1920 x 1080 is simply nowhere near high enough.
I have read forums that say HP has updated it's software to reduce graphics card output ability of some laptops - despite the fact my laptop worked fine and pumped out at a much higher resolution to my second monitor the last 12 months. I sincerely hope this is not the case.
I have also been told it might be a windows issue - which I doubt, as my wife's laptop works just fine with my monitor.
Why is it, that after having my laptop for one year and receiving loads and loads of messages about extended warranty, my laptop now is not working properly.
Please contact me to resolve my issue HP.
You have my order number and details of my issue, so I really hope I don't get fobbed off with a reply saying "sorry to hear about your concerns, please email us at...." to make it look like you care.
I just want my issue solving, per the money I have paid, for support!!!

My technical support was first class, he spoke slowly so I could understand his instructions. It was a long process getting my printer working again and I had to arrange to pause it as I had a doctor's appointment. We agreed a time to continue the next day which went smoothly and to complete the process HP Smart was installed for me to help if I had any further issues. My only concern was as my printer was no longer covered for help. I had to pay for the help which was OK but getting to that stage was very complicated.
The technical adviser was very patient, with excellent knowledge and fully understood the issues I had been experiencing.
Despite some internet connection issues, she managed to resolve the problem to my complete satisfaction.
The only problem has been the first contact with the operator, the system you guys are using (with whatsapp, where from one number you talk with bunch of people) its very weird and unconfortable.
But except for that the service was perfect.
I ordered a service pack and it was activated.
Excellent service. Your agent was very professional and went straight to the cause of my problem, swiftly cured it and I resumed with everything working as normal, thank you.
Bought Envy desktop in Jan 24, not out of box until March 2024. Problem started in Dec 24, but not a clear cut issue first few times it happens - in terms of not turning off immediately. Very intermittent but then suddenly, in beginning of February, started to have problems turning machine on, first time, using power button.
Various tests pointed me towards faulty power supply issue. Contacted HP, they would not honour guarantee and insisted on charging me circa £20 for 30 mins technical help; then could not tell me what the problem was or even outline possible cause..... instead just offered me collect and repair service. Their flow chart testing procedures help them to identify one or two of very likely problems?
Technical helpline could not help me any further and then on hold for a while before speaking with agent to take matters further........quote of £650+ for them to pick up repair and return?
Outrageous, the machine only cost £1050.
Quoted consumer goods act to them, which they just ignored - despite a power supply that should last the life of the product.
Then said even if we raised a complaint we would still have to pay upfront before they would arrange the collection of the machine. We all know how that ends!!!. Once they have your money you have bob hope and no hope, and a year+++ battle to try and get resolution and your money back or at least a partial refund.
Honestly, a total disgrace and a case of taking the p*** out of people who they know will be feeling vulnerable and needing their computers. Fortunately, I am not in that category and have a bit of an understanding and nous of issues, so was able to make known my disgust over their outlandish offering and tell them to stick the outrageously expensive repair offer where the sun don't shine.
2 hours of my life I won't get back, battling against the 'computer says no' mentality.
