PL3757353315. ends17th 2026. @ £95.99. it has not worked since i bought it. and keep sending me renewals every time i use my computer or my laptop. and THIER a bloody pain in the ass. i wish i never purchased the item from you. i'm not happy at all.

Extremely helpful and easy to arrange the cover to protect my computer from any technical problems effecting it’s use.
I only placed a query as I had a hardware fault and your information clearly states that in order to get hardware support I need to place a query first and then the cost of the query would be refunded.
When I spoke to the agent I was told that there was no hardware support and that I would have to buy a new printer and that I would receive a refund for the query. He sent me a link which I followed and completed but I have had no refund or any response.
After posting this I received a reply and a refund so I have increased my rating from one star to three.

The agent listened to me and didn't talk at me which is a pleasant change.
This service is awful. The voice recognition never recognises what you say properly. Two months on and I still have a printer that doesn't connect because I do not have the hours it takes to sort it out. I have had to take time off work because the hours are so restricted and the hold times are abysmal. JUST AWFUL. The date of experience should be a range of MONTHS

It was a complete waste of time and money, £21.49 to be precise.
The support offered was well below what I expected from HP and I declined the repair estimate, which I had to wait several days for. I received a second opinion, which confirmed my initial thoughts that it is an issue to do with the Windows 11 25H2 update that has caused a driver & power management conflict, which has resulted in the touchscreen suddenly not working, along with the laptop not going to sleep properly. Prior to updating Windows 11 to version 25H2 the touchscreen was working absolutely fine and the laptop would go to sleep without any issues.
The HP technical support representative repeatedly failed to understand this and kept going around in circles.
He also ignored the fact that the HP diagnostics software needed to be updated before performing any diagnostics, which again I mentioned several times to no avail. Therefore, all the diagnostics that he performed whilst on the phone with me was completely pointless. He also deleted the contents of the Temp folder in my profile claiming that this was the cause of the slow remote connection he was experiencing, which is complete nonsense and now my Quick Access list in File Explorer is filled with all of the folders from Temp folder that he deleted!
Not only did he fail to listen to what I was telling him, but he also failed to diagnose what the problem was and instead insisted on a screen repair/replacement immediately, which would cost me £415.70. Then it took several days for him to forward the repair quotation to me, which does not even specify what repairs/replacements will be carried out.
I was planning to buy a new HP Envy 360 laptop this weekend, but I have cancelled the order, along with an order for several notebooks for a Client. I have lost faith in HP and will look at alternative manufacturers.
UPDATE: The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA) clearly states that a device must be fit for purpose, how can a touchscreen that no longer works after a sotware update be fit for purpose, time for legal action...

Received an offer to extend warranty from end of product guarantee but when I renewed it it was applied from the date that I contacted them which means I am now paying for two months warranty I do not need, E mailed :no response. Telephoned: no one available to answer the phone.
I feel ripped off.
UPDATE
The error has now been corrected but that does not detract from the fact that approaches to customer service were ignored.Perhaps a negative review is a better route to prompt service??

I never used the service I paid for. I understood that paying for this service would enable me to get up and running again on the Saturday but the line was closed til monday! I then realised myself that the factory warranty had expired on my printer model. I also realised that this meant hp trying to sell me a package to in insure against future hiccups. I ordered a new printer which is not not will ever be a Hewlett-Packard. I have requested a full refund of my £21.49. Thank you.

I’m rewriting this as was given a refund after I wrote my complaint here, which was compensation for the poor service. I probably wouldn’t use them again but am happy with the quick response to my complaint and the refund, which was processed very quickly.
PREVIOUS REVIEW: would give no stars if I could. I was charged twenty quid for the operator to ask me to Google and YouTube fixes for the problem, then tell me my printer should be scrapped, and tried to sell me a new one. I later turned it off and on again and it is fixed.

Very good service, explained everything to me, no hassle
Firstly, one does not find out the service is only open during office hours until after one has paid! Which is of little use to working people.
Secondly, each time I have called there is a 'unable to take you call at this time, please try later - there should at least be a leave your number and we'll get back to you. I have paid for this shoddy service!

I bought an Apple iPhone. The price was very competitive pricing and the delivery service was excellent.
I have contacted HP a number of times to deal with both a new printer, and joining their Instant Ink programme.
On all occasions the service has been first class. In fact I have rarely dealt with any other company that has staff fully trained and competent to deal with all queries themselves. No referring to other departments, but able to deal with all my queries in one, highly professional and knowledgeable manner, producing all the answers I required.
Full marks justified for HP. Absolutely excellent, first class, Customer Service!
