Best Tile Waterford Reviews 

Got my delivery of tiles, one in the centre was broken with a piece missing. Piece not in the box. Must have been put in there like that. Emailed customer service and they told me I should have ordered extra to allow for 'broken tiles'. So no replacement according to their T&Cs. Rubbish fob off service and wont be using them again. Project will need to be finished with other similar colour tiles. I understand the need to order extra, but what other service do their send faulty stuff out and then tell you that you should have ordered 'extra' to account for that? Best-Tile - dont put broken tiles in a box and blame it on delivery when the broken bit isnt to be found in the package! Wont be using you again.

I have dealt with Mark and the team on a number of occasions and the service I received was excellent every time. They offer great advice and are extremely helpful and courteous. I would recommend Mark to anyone who is looking for both high quality products and service.

From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by the lovely Hannah who talked me through all the different style options to Mark helping me choose the perfect tile and making sure they were in, in our very short timeframe. I would definitely recommend Best Tile, they stock tiles you will not find anywhere else in the country! Both Hannah and Ger were so helpful with samples and advise on grout colours and sealing. I emailed them countless times with questions. The tiles are really unusual, I’m delighted with them! There was also a mix up with one of my orders and Mark was very fast to see it was sorted out for me without delay. Thanks again!

I have so far only ordered samples from Best Tiles but have found them very obliging and very good with communication - excellent customer service. They have lovely range of tiles - a wider range than most shops including many handmade tiles - that are very reasonably priced compared to other shops.

I have purchased tiles from Mark in Best Tile on a number of occasions. He has by far the best selection of tiles in the South East. His advice and customer service is top class. He will reply to text and emails 24/7, which can be very helpful during a stressful self build! Do not go past BEST TILE!!!!

We dont go past these guys, Mark, Laura and Geraldine are great to deal with, we have renovated a few properties and have always bought from them. They offer a huge range of products and will suggest new ranges as they now know me well. Great ranges to choose from at very reasonable prices and great service.
