Quick delivery, best services...I recommend this shop.

Order placed 16/1/2016. No money taken from card. Order flagged on website as received but no evidence of being processed. No response to emails asking if order will be processed. I would give one star, but it has not actually been a bad experience just a non-existent one which has wasted my time.

I bought a Quick Mill Andreja Premium from italy-outlet.com. Their price was good but since I hadn't done business with them earlier I hesitated a bit. I decided to email some questions and I got quick responses, so I placed my order. Everything went well, I received emails when the product was shipped with a tracking number so I could follow the transportation. I had a question after the purchase, having misplaced my invoice for the book keeping which I emailed and asked for a copy, even this email, not regarding a new sale, was promptly answered.

I bought a Gaggia Baby Twin + grinder and base and am very happy with the product and the service I received from the company. Having read some variable reviews on this company I was a little concerned initially. One of the comments was that they never answered the phone and were difficult to contact. I phoned a few times and was answered straight away on each occasion. My queries on exchange rates and warranty were answered clearly and in detail. They kept me updated on the delivery date and the goods arrived right on time. It was a great all round service.

While the process was reasonable there was a long unexplained delay between order and coffee being despatched. There was no indication of why and only when I chased did I get any response.
Perhaps a system of making sure if order not despatched e-mail sent or even more basic making sure all orders go right through system

Italy-Outlet kept their promises!

No reply received:
Ordered 8 January – noted that delivery in UK takes 2-3 days
Paypal payment confirmed 10 January.
I telephoned on 12 January to advise that I would be away from home on 15/16 January.
Was informed that delivery would be made ‘this’ week.
Email received 12 January stating that parcel would be shipped on 16 January ‘ so be sure you are at home when it arrives on Wednesday’
I arranged for somebody to be at home all day Wednesday to await parcel. Did not arrive.
I had apparently received another email stating that parcel had been shipped on 17th. This included shipping information.
Parcel subsequently arrived three days later on Friday 20th January – 12 days after order/ 10 days after payment.
In the box was a previous return from a person in Germany with a note in German to you dated April 2011.
